Question! Can you get a social media audit like you can get a website audit? In terms of what search words you come up for most? So you know what SEO keywords to use most? (I hope this makes sense) lol thanks!
I think it doesn't work like that because most social media platforms are like closed systems with their own search engines. What I recommend is exactly what Millie is recommending, the results of your website audit or your niche should be how you frame your social media keyword strategy.
Think of it as a customer enter a store to buy items. As a store manager where are you gonna place your products so that the customer will find it easily. It is as simple as that but need planning and strategy.

Hi Millie! I tried putting alt text on a carousel post (2 photos) and used hashtags as well. But my post didn’t appear on the hashtag pages. I did tag my film account with it and I was wondering if tagging and alt texts affect the hashtag strategy?? I did notice that more of my followers saw my post on the home page but the reach for new accounts are way too low.
What would be better for SEO for my username using using perion or underscore? because obviosly the name I want is take so I need to use period or underscore

Are in video captions/subtitles a piece of SEO? If so, is it only if you use the platform's native autocaption feature? Asking because I prefer capcut for subtitles to IG's native one but if it impacts visibility, would you recommend just sticking with the platform feature for this?

Maybe include the building type as well.. like semi D house or apartment studio.. if you know the building style or interior design, even better
