300tdi coolant problems raised their ugly head a second time.

The final fix, replacing coolant header tank for the second time. New AlliSport one this time no more plastic rubbish

had same issue with my disco 1 300tdi but haven't had the idea of connecting coolant without the tank! always something new to learn, best of luck!

Yes just made them a bit longer to get the extra large rad to fit.
