I've known "Lakeside" since they were 15 and 16 yrs old, shame they split such a legendary group.
Just watched the unsung. I hope this band can put aside their differences and get back together. This is not good to fall-out with each other over simple things. Lakeside remember the sun is going down fast for all of us. Please don't let it set with bitterness towards each other. You are R&B legends. Not many of you left. Signed a Fan since I was a Child. I'm almost 50 now.

I mean come on... They don't sound THAT bad. They obviously can't touch Marvin, Stephen and the gang, but they're alright. You know Mark's still killin it too for his age, be honest.
Why did the original members split.
Andrew Collins, all original members are currently touring, with the exception of Mark (evidently), and Tiemeyer McCain, who became a pastor, who the OG's still consider a member. (Religious beliefs)

Its clear Mark wants the same thing as David Riffin wanted. Im Mark Woods and this is my band Lakeside. You can tell that by how he came on stage. I know most of these dudes, they play at different clubs in the city (Dayton, Ohio) with different groups

This new Lakeside sound awful. Mark needs to get back with the original band and solve their issues.
+blaakhawk You sho ain't lying cause I saw them in concert first hand at The Pan Am African Festival in Macon Ga April 2016..Brick was on the card and they shyted on Fakeside..Brick should have been the one to close the show and just think I gotta put up with this same shyte again this weekend at the Soul Food Festival Evans/Augusta Ga.
