As a young adult who feels like it will never be possible to actually own a house in todays economy, I would actually LOVE to live in one of these. This is awesome. Plenty of space for me and then some
I saw this one at the Tampa Rv show, it’s huge ! The only problem is you have so many beds with only one bathroom

That’s what I caught. Sleeping for 10-15 but 1 bath? We Americans are spoiled! I grew up in 3 bed/1bath home with 10 brothers. Moved out & have never NOT had my OWN bath@61 yrs old!

That’s what we had for 16 years and never regretted it! All the benefits of a vacation home without a lot of the overhead!
@@annek1226 do they stand the test of time? I’m in California so weather would never be an issue but I know all other things are supposedly not as reliable such as electric work and not being as insulated as a tiny home etc
Until a tornado or hurricane flings it or floods it. Get a real house, rooted to the ground.
I like that one I like where the washer and dryer is in the bathroom
Sleeps 9 people comfortably but only one bathroom, that IMO is the biggest flaw with this beautiful unit. Thanks for the video.

The large windows should be in the living room, not in the bedroom where you'd be sleeping. The bathroom is clear across the whole RV. I thought it would have more heads pace, a taller 2nd story, but does look like quality materials. Love the refrigerator, ice maker and kitchen window.

Just when you think that you’ve narrowed down your top “x” amount of brands or models of RV’s to choose from from the various channels, wouldn’t you know, out comes another that just meets your fancy. I’m beginning to think I’ll never decide and own one now. 😂. With this one, all one needs is a beautiful lake, a permanent deck, and hookups and you have a retirement home. Thank you for showing this. LOVE IT!!

I like the extra head room in the lofts. It doesn’t look like it’d make me feel claustrophobic.
Huge inside. Beautiful. Not enough storage, but as a long term unit, external storage may be an option. And too many beds. I would love to see one this size that caters to couples/smaller groups.
Yeah, those beds in the lofts are not bunks either. Guide needs to bone up one his terminology. That cooking unit in the kitchen is a cooktop and oven beneath ..... not a stove beneath. Guess he was just trying to impress, but his wheels jumped the track on the one.
I liked this!! It is so cool!! My family had a old StarCraft pop up camper from the 1970’s. That camper was fun in camping with small children.

I like this overall, but I would be worried about the F-rated tires for something this heavy. G-1 at least would be more appropriate. I guess if you're only planning to move it annually it would be OK, but I'd probably still put better tires on it.
Also, having a hot water tank outside the conditioned space could cause freezing in the places I normally spend my time. It's less common where you are, but I would put something like this in Wyoming or Minnesota, and in places like that you can get overnight freezing almost anytime of the year.
Again, I think it's a very nice unit, but those are just concerns I would have.
We are at a seasonal camp resort in NH and most people leave them here until they buy something new. They have them delivered, put on blocks and never move them. Almost all of them have a deck or Florida room added on. They're basically instead of buying a park model or summer home.
I agree on the tires, but if I had to store this in a cold climate I would just drain the water heater, and insulate the water heater with a insulation cover, and make sure to winterize. I live in the south east, but it’s something we still have to do, because it gets cold enough to burst water lines and tanks.
Damn..this low key has me wanting to buy one of these instead of a home.

This will last. But what are you towing it with? The petrol/diesel option will be outlawed soon enough, well before the Trailer is history. You will need a Rivian EV pickup or something like it to tow, and that can only pull the first 11,000 pounds. Sometimes, having it all is a pain in the rear. However, the $72,000 price beats a tiny home, unless you get hit by a Tornado. This could be re-arranged by a competent handy person to make a solo home fit for Elvis. You only need to find a great lot of land out in the sticks, and you can kiss goodbye to the madding crowd.

I haven’t seen a destination trailer I didn’t like. This one would be great for a larger family. If I where to buy it I would park it Florida near the ocean and when the snow comes I would go down to Florida

Not to bad of a unit. If I was going to spend money on a 5th I would go for a Brinkley, luxe, Mobil Suites etc. Wonder how only two air conditioners will handle the Texas heat. Plus I see it has a stand up dishwasher. Nice to see the stainless steel appliances. Sorry, but only bathroom is just dumb. Great 👍 review thanks

I'd live here as my main house alone. Swap out that bedroom for an office and we're sitting pretty.
Amazing sale price for all of what it is. I was loving it until I realized, with all that sleeping space, it only has one bathroom. And even worse, the one bathroom is at the opposite end from the master bedroom.

The part that I don't like about it is the fact that you said is supposed to be left somewhere. I don't want something that needs to be left somewhere and I want something that I can keep pulling from place to place with no problem

It would be great at our sons property but… it needs more bathrooms. So many places for people to sleep but only one toliet just would not work.
I look up "Nice RV" on RUclips, and come here from a $1,1M RV video. Comparatively, this one is quite affordable!
I want this so bad it's just what I'm looking for. I just don't have the land to put it on. It's cost is just unbelievable under 100,000. Shocking I am blown away and I WANT IT.
My wife and I have decided to retire into an RV in a couple of years. This is the model that we have decided we want to live. We have a spot picked out for it, now we just have to figure out how to afford it!
Absolutely awesome! Swap in Kelderman torsion axle air suspension that provides additional lift for fron anr read frame drop so you can clear obstacles. Better wheels and tires and self-leveling jacks and a ton of solar and you are set to go anywhere with or without paved roads!
I know it's good to have the builders there for their knowledge, but I think you do a much better job of the walk thru on your own. At any rate... this unit was really cool but definitely needs a half bath.
This would be a nice tiny house.

Where do you store the 2 entry stairways LOL. Looks like the perfect rig for when in The Godfather movie, they went to the mattresses, to house a bunch of guys. I get where you shot the video, then dubbed your voice over afterward. Very unique rig.
I have the salem grand villa 42 DL and it seems small compared to this. But I have my playdates and sleepovers with the occasional gf and it suits me fine. The island bar seems like overjill unless you have a big family. But no traditional kitchen table which I like.
I have a life goal….100 acres with my wife. 3 beds / 2 baths.
I want a flat area with a huge “car port” structure that is about 20 feet wide, 40 feet long, 15’ tall. Totally permanent (unlike a car port) with 10x10 for the posts. 50 year shingles. The structure has a center peak, water down the sides via gutters and trails out and away from everything.
Either stones or concrete pad.
Nice circle fire pit off to the side of my big-A$$ RV. Big enough for ten people to sit around.

One like this at the Seattle RV show and looked great. Was hoping for a little better quality. The axle weight seems to be really supbar, but this isn’t a travel trailer so makes sense. I’m waiting for prices to come down even further as everything is way over priced.
The manufacturers are all about quantity, not quality and it’s sad. 2023 will be a crushing years for sale and 2024 will be even worse. Should be a good year for buyers.
I think it is a lot of space, including furniture, air cons, white goods, for a tiny home. I think it would work out cheaper than having one purposely built, which would most likely be smaller.

Can u make a 4 season traveling camping trailer that would be ideal with a king bed for sure. A place for a toddler to sleep safely and a gaming room that is soundproof? As well as the other essentials?

So would it be crazy to tow this, even if it were like once a year and maybe 500-600 miles at a time? My family of five is about to sell our house and buy a Destination Trailer + Dually Diesel. Everyone is pretty dead set on the 42View.

Love the review but do you not know that SRWDs can handle up to 3200lbs + if you go up to 3500 models? Even 2500s can take over 2K pretty much across the board with some going up to 2800 lbs.
Better check out hitch weight capacity for conventional trailers. For instance, my F450 has a payload capacity of around 4800lbs.. the conventional hitch weight capacity is 2,200lbs.. on an F450. Also, this is pushing the maximum towing capacity for many trucks.

if you need to have it towed to a permanent spot and you can't drive it around, then you'd get more everything and cheaper too, with a mobile home.
The price is phenomenal considering rig prices today.
