I made some of these last season, I figured to make it more durable is to double layer the mesh all around, cuz it's so thin, my personal cages ain't perfect n don't look pretty 😂 but they're effective in catching 🦀's. A few days ago I just bought some snares for their cages, but installed my own loops, I will be using my double mesh n these thicker cages I just bought once season reopens soon.
Oo nice, I tried using these and some bait would fall out. Will try to double layer as well. I also have some danielson cages but lost 2 of those already haha
@@RexJoestar69 Yea, it's always good to have a WHOLE LOT OF EXTRAS around 👍. For sure it's more durable and will last longer I feel doubled layer. 🦀 On, the season is almost here.

Just don’t use that material at all..that’s the cheap route.. doubling it makes double the work anyways..
19 g too light. 16g better
Did you ever mass-produce those? What you showing your viewers is way too much material and at too much cost of them! How do you feel about that?
Cheaper than buying one crab snare and I get a free fence to use. I feel good.
What size ferrules or crimps u use, sorry I’m partially deaf and can’t hear very well but overall great video
