Lilly is gorgeous, the music is fantastic, and grandad is very wise, instructing Lilly in the wonders of orchestral music and film. Definitely gave it the thumbs up. Look forward to the next offering.
What a great job my grandfather exposed me to symphony music in a similar way at Lily's age. He brought me to the Boston Pops where unlike the Boston Symphony the Pops played an array of contemporary music from movies and TV and I was amazed by the music created that I had actually knew of some of what was being played

Yes, I've seen some reactors asking why is there a man hanging from a rope above the audience ! (They were American reactors aswell who should have really known). It's horrendous how many Americans don't know their culture or history nowadays. I kid you not one of their reactors was listening to "enola gay" and had no idea that is was about one of the most important aeroplanes in their (and the worlds) history !
Last year I saw a live performance of this by the DNSO, it was wonderful. I hope you can take Lilly to see an orchestral performance one day. It really is a different experience.

It would be interesting to have Lilly listen to some Bernard Herrmann, or Jerry Goldsmith due to their ability to convey mood and atmosphere with their styles of composition. A lot of people are going to suggest someone like John Williams who, basically, in my opinion, just mixes pretty much the same thing over and over. If Lilly like star wars, check out John Williams & Wiener Philharmoniker-"Main title" from "star wars: A new hope". She probably like all them instruments they use to make this music. It's no singing.just music. To me this is awesome. I really enjoy live orchestra music.
Is this the first (mostly) instrumental you've shared with Lily? If you would like another, and you're sort of doing a series of Summer-themed songs right now, may I suggest the theme from the movie _A Summer Place._ For something vocal, maybe try _A Summer Song_ by British Duo Chad & Jeremy.
Nice ! But you should teach her what a Philharmonic and an orchestra are, I know that unlike Europeans, Americans does not have a lots of Philarmonie. They're not "bands". They don't do covers. This music was composed by Ennio Morricone, and he's not a "band" either. These compositions are interpreted, whether for a film soundtrack or a live performance like here.
Thanks for your comment, but I have no idea who you are quoting, because I'm almost certain that the word "band" or "bands" is not mentioned at any time in this video.
Where is the owner of that horse? He's tall, blonde, smokes a cigar and he's a pig. Tuco Benedicto Pacífico Juan María Ramírez, but you can call him The Ugly.

@@trickydick6152 I'll certainly think about it, but if we ever do a film reaction we will have to start with a shorter film before going on to a three hour one. You may have just convinced me to give it a try though.
This performance has been seen by an absurd number of viewers till now, about than 4 times the number of Danes at all, so it can't be all those?
4 times ? The video has 131 million views. That's 21 times the population of the kingdom of Denmark.
@@eidodk Yes I have seen that the video has now made an even more insane number of viewers!!! But they do deserve it, indeed!!
This is parenting. Teaching. Reaffirming. This girls is jumping in leaps with this parenting. The other option, is to teach your kid how to loot Walmart.
Lily listens, and she's adorable, but she's not actually interested
She's so not interested, she wants me to show her the whole film.
Now young people prefer autotune and crap rap instead of real talent...
I agree 100% how do people like that garbage?
