Monique did the darn thing with this line Im telling you! I did a wng using the soufflé and custard then I shingled. I got 10 days out of it. This to me is the best line to come out last year. And girl the perimeter of my hair has loose curls like yours. Then the rest is like corkscrews, and the crown is just unruly and disrespectful lol.

I definitely have the struggle with the different textures of my hair from back, middle and front of the hair. My hair texture is 3b/3c hair so yea I multiple layers of texture. I love Mielle products does wonders for my hair especially defining my curls.
I would love to see like day two and day three results because I find that some products give great day one results but then on the second day the curls just disappear. I've honestly tried soo many products that gave great first day results and terrible day two/three results. Finding products with hold is an ultimate struggle.
My hair is a looser texture than the rest of my hair, It kind of looks like heat damage but I did the big chop and I don’t even straighten my hair or use ANY heat but I love how you’re hair came out 😍😩❤️

LONDON LYNN that’s how my hair is too and I don’t know why? I chopped my hair off in 2018 and the front grows in as a loose frizzy looking curl almost straight looking and it frustrates me because I haven’t used heat nor flat ironed my hair since 2017

I have a question. How can you go over a week in a wash n go without your hair tangling? We have similar hair textures but if I go more than 3 days without co washing and detangling the knots and shedding are real and detangling is a nightmare. You are truly blessed to be able to go in excess of 5 days.
Yo your hair is so shiny! I agree that this custard is more of a dupe for the as I am curling jelly. I have tried this and I really do like it, but for me it has two cons. It doesn't mix well with the Alikay naturals leave in, and I use that to refresh my curls. Secondly, it doesn't have enough hold for me, so I have to top it off with my strong hold gel. Even though you may have different curl patterns at least you can use the same technique throughout your hair. I have three very distinctly different curl patterns in my hair. Like you I like my wng to be super defined with no frizz. Therefore I have to use three different techniques to make my curls look cohesive. The bottom two layers in the back I can just rake. The next layer I shingle, and for the top of my crown I have to do small coils. Girl you see that my hair is bipolar lol. Sorry for being so long winded.

I saw a few videos where people used both the curling custard and curl maker together. They said their wash n gos came out bomb.
Yes I’ve tried it and the results are great! You just have to make sure you don’t use too much or that you don’t have too much build up to start off with in your hair otherwise it can feel a little sticky if that makes sense!

I would say my curls lasted about 4 days and I think mielle custard has a little bit more a crunch/hold than the curling gelly but overall they’re pretty similar! Thanks for watching!!
Our hair is similar but I prefer this product over Camille rose! Literally haven’t tried a better product than this one! It’s all in preference and makes us individuals ☺️ very cool

same! i like curlmaker but the hold isn’t as strong.. I like this because of the hold!! the next day i woke up my hair looked like day 1.. so i know this wash and go will last about a week! also the custard is on sale at target for 8.89 online! make sure to screenshot for price adjustment in store! :) i picked up 2

We have the same hair type but I have shorter hair. What hair porosity do you have? don't know this new Mielle organics is specifically for hair types in the 4? 😊 My hair has different hair texture but do you know if it's worth a try? I usually like Mielle organics hair products.

I would say it’s worth a try, I’ve only ever used two or 3 products from their line and they’re not too bad!
The back is 3a ish, middle is 3c, front is 3b-3a ish, then a little bit of the front front is 4a.

So after washing your hair, all you do is put a custard or any jelly. Do you put any like leave-ins before ?
