When there is no air, all bodies or objects fall at same speed irrespective of their mass, size etc.
There are 2 possible answer for your question:
a) In vacuum or when there is no air, they fall together or with same speed.
b)when there is air, lead falls faster because feathers have large surface area therefore they experience more air resistance (friction)

exactly, if a 200lb person with a parachute jumped off a building at the same time as a 200lb person without one the air resistance would slow the person with the parachute down. Objects that are the same exact shape hit the ground at the same time no matter what the weight is

Actually the 1000 pound rock is gonna hit the ground first because rock is a lot more dense hence its volume is way less than the feather so it will experience and a lot less air resistance. Bradley's answer is only correct if we discount resistance completely

He didn't ask the question correctly, its a bag full of feathers and a bag full of rocks - theoretically they have equal air resistance.

Air resistance gets larger with a number of factors, including aerodynamics and area, so the bag with the largest flattest surface would fall slowest. Each bag contains the same weight, but not each bag has the same volume. Rocks are more dense than feathers (citation needed), so the rocks would occupy a smaller volume than the feathers, so the bag of feathers would be larger. if it hasnt been said yet, the stone would hit first assuming normal stone shapes. the two hitting the same time is only true in a vacuum, otherwise air resistance needs to be factored in. assuming normal air resistance properties of normal feathers, the terminal velocity of the feather would be much much lower than the stone bc of higher surface area and drag forces so it couldnt accelerate as fast much less reach the same velocity. that said, i realize im being a killjoy lol

I had veins like that when I was 16 17 18 then I started juicing when I was 18. I didn't need to and I wish I never did. I always give the advice, unless you want to be a professional bodybuilder, do not use steroids. But if you want to you should be able to put whatever you choose in your own body because you're not harming anyone else but yourself possibly. Our government now damn near tells us what to do and how to do just about everything except which direction to wipe our assholes

The weight of an object doesn't determine how fast it hits the ground. A 10 pound rock and 100 pound rock will hit the ground at the same time unless we take air resistance into account.

Gravity effects everything the same regardless of weight assuming that we are looking at the time it takes to fall. However it is also important to take into consideration air resistance. Feathers have a high air resistance which is why they tend to be floaty.
