16:30 i received 30 days extension in april this year, applied through VFS for thai e-extension and it’s super fast, the officers were surprised seeing the only Indian passport for the day. They applied an extension sticker.
Stayed for 59 days in that stretch and exited on the last day around 10 pm.
Now exactly after 55 days i re-entered thailand by air, was questioned for 5 mins in bkk and received 30 days stamp.
yeah they have still not yet implemented 60 days stay policy. Thanks for sharing your case.

Hi sir, just a quick question.
I have given name as Syed Razi Faheem on my passport but no surname. When i applied the E Visa for vietnam, i typed Syed Razi in given name and Faheem in surname. Now my name on visa is Faheem Syed Razi.
And my name on passport and airline tickets is Syed Razi Faheem.
Will that be an issue at checking in or immigration from the point i am flying ?

I book a flight to Kazakhstan from 3 to 12 of feb and the airline reschedule my flight to 15 of Feb its is in free visa limit . But what happen when they reschedule flight beyond free visa limit....

Each visit is not more than 5 days and I have return ticket and hotel booked
So the immigration officer 👮♂️ notices that I’m entering Thailand frequently and might ask questions about the purpose of my visits.

see they mainly check for your number of entries into Thailand. Since you are traveling with your family I don't foresee any issues in that

I am Indian ordinary passport holder, travelling on vacation from Malaysia to Thailand (Phuket) staying in Phuket for 4days and returning back to Mumbai via Bangkok with more than 24hours layover, flights booked from Thai airways same PNR for Phuket to Bangkok to Mumbai.. confirmed hotel is also booked in Bangkok.. will I be allowed to go out of airport in Bangkok and return.. that is fine, you can still travel there is no cooling off period and especially when you travel by air but if they ask questions have your onward tickets and hotel reservations ready.
It depends if you have booked a single PNR ticket or different PNR, if it is a diferent PNR or say self-transfer is required then you may require Vietnam visa.
At first I go Thailand then go Cambodia by road then Vietnam from Cambodia by road after that come to Laos by road from Vietnam and atlast enter again Thailand by road from Laos .. Is it possible

You may re-enter Malaysia again but since you are going to make a second entry after Thailand, please have the hotel bookings, return flights proofs with you.

Check the deportation stamp on the passport it must have a time until you are banned to travel. It can be max 5 years as a rough guess. If that date is surpassed then you may visit easily
Do they check NOC at immigration for government officials ?
as far I know they wont check under visa exemption. Such things are mostly asked when we apply for a sticker visa

that is still fine as long as you can keep a gap but they can still ask for the purpose of the visit.

that is fine if you enter by land twice and 1 by air according to your itinerary, but whenever, we have such a planning it is better to show them your onward journey tickets and hotel reservations if applicable in your case.

if you are doing it for one time only it is fine but keep all your documents in check. It is totally the call of immigration officials to allow entry or not

Bhai, Can indians enter the third time into Thailand by Air in 2024? I read somewhere that only we can enter twice in a calendar year under the visa exemption scheme?
that is 2 entries per year by land but by air there is clarity from their end. If you are traveling after some interval or say 3-4 months later then no issues in that.

yeah the passport validity must be above 6 months. No issues in that and moreover kids are traveling with the parents.

it is visa free so you can travel and get your passport stamped again. But it is good to have a gap of 30-60 days

No problem because I also went to thaland came back to India after 1 week I went to thailand they will not ask no problem
no issues in that these days but they randomly put question on the purpose of the visit. They dont ask everyone. Just keep you documents in check.

medical insurance is not mandatory, but do carry one. You can take their free medical coverage or book online one from India

no problem in that if you have a sticker visa
By default it is 60 days or 2 months in the case of Sticker visa. If you apply through the VFS it is 2500 INR + 500 service charges
