  • This Pilates practice is a 20 minute workout that is suitable for a variety of levels of ability and experience. The focus of this practice is strengthening your abdominal muscles to help support your posture and activities of daily life. You can also pair this video with one of our other yoga or Pilates videos to have a longer, well rounded workout.
    Please be sure to modify to your own ability and comfort level. Movement and Meditation is a powerful tool to support your healing journey. It is not a substitute for medical care. Consult a doctor or trusted health professional if needed.

    Thanks Sara, another lovely Pilates workout, these are fabulous during the virus situation. Challening so good. I started doing these after I'd done some of your beautiful meditations, you really seem to bring me peace. My husband and I are doing your healing one regularly together after losing our lovely little Luna cat.

    Morning Sara, hope you are well. I was wondering if you would be looking at alll to involve some gluten work in a session? Your sessions are doing wonders for my back and hips and working my iffy core, but unfortunately I also have weak glutens that cause me discomfort.
