2 1/2 cups plain flour 1 tsp salt mix a little add 2 tbsp cooking oil and 1 cup water at first, mix it roughly with a fork until the water gets mixed into the flour Once all the liquid is gone, start to kneed the dough with your hands until smooth, then kneed for 15 minutes be hand or in a bread machine until smooth and elastic Wrap in plastic wrap and leave overnight, then in the morning sprinkle some flour on the rolling mat and roll half of the dough 16*12 inch thin oval/rectangle. Then sprinkle a generous amount of flour on a work surface and more on top of dough sheet, start folding the dough 1.5 inch at a time, to form a flattened elongated rectangle. Cut the rolled dough into thin strips. Gently shake the noodles apart. Ty for the recipe, no disrespect meant by writing this down, using this for when I need to make this, thanks

Aeri's Kitchen No, You are awesome :)
is this the same noodles for jjangmyeon?
Oh.. this is not jajangmyeon noodles.. the texture and thickness are different...
Hello . What noodles to use for jajangmyeon? Thanks
If you go to a Korean grocery store, they sell thick noodles for "Jajangmyeon (자장면) / 우동 (Udon)" You can use it.
can you dry and store it?
Hi Kim, I didn't try to dry the noodles.. so I can not tell the result with confidence..but I can say.. you can freeze them though..
Can I use 100% whole wheat flour?
Yes, you can :)
@@aeriskitchen thank you so much! I can't wait to try it!

Maybe you can record yourself in your kitchen doing the cooking and talking, since you said you're trying something different :)
oops... it is always a big challenge for me to speak in front of camera. I tried different times and I still feel awkward doing it.. 😭 Some people have natural talent for it?? or some people just keep practicing ??? I don't know..anyway.. believe or not.. I tried to cook and talk in front of camera several times before.. it was a total mess .. cooking.. filming by myself..and talking... 😂 I couldn't focus on any of them well... so for now.. I will start from talking for introduction or ending... Thanks for your advice.
Aeri's Kitchen that's good! Looking forward to your future videos as always 😊
