Just keep what you doing you have given me more information and my interest which I lost but now with this camera there is more for me to try out and take more creative pictures thanks shaun
Thank you for your review and excellent description of the five likes of the Evo. I need help in selecting an instant camera for my daughter’s wedding so that the guest can point and shoot and have somewhat good pictures of themselves to add into a guest booklet with the wedding note. What would you suggest?
Thanks, glad you are enjoying it. Ive been using it the past few days and Im probably returning it. It just feels very cheap and plasticky compared to my SQ6 and my Instax Wide 210 which is built like a tank. The rubber piece covering the charger and memory card Is supper annoying to open and get out of the way and the memory card is a pain to get in and out. Lastly, the image quality is pretty terrible whether on the back of the camera or printed and I dont like the colors. I personally feel the different lenses and effects are gimmicky and look weird. I was really hoping the retro setting would look like the one from the Fuji point and shoot cameras but it does not, its just awful. Unfortunate because I was looking forward to this camera too.
Thanks for the comment. That's unfortunate about the IQ. When compared to the Mini 90, I think the print is as good. As in the printer is doing a good job. The lens is pretty good. When printed from the camera (an image that was taken on the camera) it definitely has a different look to that of film exposed and printed in the analog way. So, compared to the Mini90, I think it is the better option. Compared to the TL70 by Mint, the TL70 wins in all departments, most importantly Image Quality. That lens is special. It's warm, bright, with loads of boked, and medium to low contrast. You get tons of detail in shadows or highlights. It just depends on how you expose the image with it. Instax has a limited dynamic range, so you have to make some choices... But the meter on that camera can be wildly off sometimes. It took me a bit to learn how the camera chooses shutter speeds, but when I did, I was able to "guess" what the camera was doing with consistent results. If you have the time, check out some of my TL70 roll review videos. Good stuff. Overall, I like the camera. I don't feel like the lenses and filters are gimmicks. They have been useful to me. I'll drop a video next week with images I ahve taken. Maybe my copy operates differently than yours, as in maybe yours is defective. I certainly didn't walk into this thinking I would like the camera. I got it to review it because I love instant film. I dislike the SQ10/20 and LiPlay. Probably because of form factor mostly. But this camera is growing on me. However, my list of things I don't like about the camera has over 30 different items. The list of things I do like has about 7. So, I see there is need for improvement. Fujifilm could start with build quality. The Evo feels cheap. I agree there. Good luck.

I have already answered your question when you left it on the other video. Check that response.

@@RobertHamm Yea, I would love a TL70, but Im not spending $400 on a camera that shoots mini film. MAYBE if it shot square. Looks like fun though.
Can you do a comparison between mini 90 and evo
