Under 18? You know, teenagers struggle with sexual sin just as much if not more then adults. I'm 16, and I know I needed this sermon, so I'm glad I watched it. Other then that, Thanks so much for the upload! And just a bit of advice, don't exclude teenagers from advice that they so desperately need these days.
I found out what p*** was in church when I was 7 and was fully addicted by 9 and am now watching this as a 23-year-old with relationship problems and addiction so I understand what he's saying it's not that they don't need to hear it it's that it could lead to something

No my brother he is preaching in error he is preaching in the condemnation of the flesh you don't take the weaknesses and the shortcomings of your flesh and impute them on the believer and even with the world the Bible says that Jesus Christ is a propitiation for our sins not for ours only but for the sins of the whole world propitiation means to gain a soul no matter what the situation or circumstance might be it's by grace that you are saved through faith that not of yourself but the gift of God God sent his son in the world not to condemn the world but he sent his son in the world that we might be saved.

The Bible says to judge ye not that you be not judged

What this means is not to judge any man after the flesh after the weaknesses and the shortcomings of your flesh for we have all sinned and come short of the glory of God but if any man sins we have an advocate with the father and there's only one mediator between man and God and that's the man Christ Jesus we are justified by faith justified means to be free from blame who can put anything to the charge of God's elect it is God that justifieth .
this man is taking every element of the flesh that he can think of and imputing it on the congregation and you cannot do that.
The Bible says to let all things be done unto edifying .

and if you can't discern it then that means that you have to be born again of The incorruptible seed faith comes by hearing hearing by the word of God how can they hear without a preacher how can he preach unless he be sent.

I will give you some examples of the lust of the flesh and of the eye and it is not sexual if it was sexual then it would mean that the scripture that says he abolished in his flesh the enmity thereby would be false.
Here are some examples when the Pharisees and Sadducees and scribes saw Jesus and the disciples walking through the cornfields and eating corn because they were hungry on the Sabbath Day those religious groups condemned Jesus and the disciples.these religious groups were trying to defend their belief of the Sabbath day.
When they saw Jesus performing all of the miracles signs and wonders they said that he was a blasphemer and because of his doctrine they called him a blasphemer and him being named King of the Jews.
The good that was upon this Earth was evil spoken of this is the lust of the flesh and of the eye.
it is not taking the word of God and punishing an individual and punishing yourself because you may have a short coming or you had failed at one time

Those temptations will come back but Jesus will wash away those thoughts when you lean into him. God bless.

It creeps up on one that’s for sure. Satan definitely makes it seem like it’s okay. This is why I rarely watch movies or anything on TV it’s all just junk.

The same thing happened to me. I cried a lot and was filled with a heavy heart all that day, and I've never been the same since. I still struggle with lustful thoughts but i feel a lot of shame about it now and constantly pray for sanctification. Its so hard.
I am addicted to porn and it’s destroying me. I’ve tried quitting it and the most amount of days I could stay away was 4 days and I keep going back to it ! Please keep me in your prayers and hope that helps I’m am really in war with my lust and pornography 😓

look for some sin that you are hiding, or built a wall around in your heart. For me the real change didn't come until I really let God and Jesus into the two abortions I paid for and regretted. Also please seek help I spent 15 years addicted to porn and lust, to the point where I would have ruined my marriage, only by the grace of God I did not. God wants to help you and he will set you free.

I’ve struggled with pornography for years. Grew up in the church, my dad is a pastor. I’ve never heard a message as revelational as this. I’m so moved and convicted. Whoever is reading this and can intercede please pray for me and my sin with sexual immorality!
I can share this: sexual desire in itself is natural and not evil. But there is sin when purity of heart and self-control in one's thoughts and actions are lacking (Matthew 5:8, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27). And God calls us to love from a pure heart (see 1 Timothy 1:5, James 4:8, Isaiah 1:16-20). This is not impossible. But we need to agree 100% with God to go in that direction.
You are in a battle for your soul and it has to be won in your mind. Ask God to help you stay focused on right thoughts. But don't get distracted. You need to keep your mind on living in a way that pleases God in every way, from your thoughts to your actions.
Knowing what you need to do goes together with prayers for your deliverance, because you must follow God's instructions to you in your situation. You must be willing to see what it feels like to say "No" to a desire of your flesh when you are being tempted, and see how the temptation goes away (James 1:12-15). God's grace helps you to that (Titus 2:11-14). God will be with you in all those moments if your focus is on loving and pleasing God above all and you trust that He will deliver you.
Your obedience as you choose to follow God's ways opens the door to receiving God's forgiveness for your past sins (Romans 3:25), healing (Luke 5:31-32), and the gift of *a new life* that you will live for God and no longer for sin/addictions and the passing things of the world (Romans 6:4-7, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15).

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

That will lead you to transformation by the power of God and freedom from sin.

*Lust isn't about the physical aspect, it's about the psychological. Lust is a form of abuse and like all forms of abuse the psychological element is what drives the whole issue. As a survivor of childhood, domestic abuse, I know this almost better than anyone. The reason why people have this false sense of what lust is is because they don't understand that part, we see a mere fraction of what happened during these cases (the sexual assualt) and believe that's all there is to it. Because of this, we assume the victim was responsible for "enticing" the perpetrator, this is ignorance. What we don't see is the priming and grooming and intimidation and breaking down of the victim's psychology in order to make this happen. That part of it is more "fun" for the villain than the actual assualt and that's why all acts of lust (pee...dough...feel ya, raype, incest, prostitution, po...rn, molestation, neck...row...feel ya, zoo-feel ya, home...O...sexuality) are deemed men-tall disorders. Do your research and you'll find that the majority of sexual predators have severe men-tall disorders and PTSD. This is what I wish more people understood.*

This is literally one of the hardest sins to stay away from. I was once married. The marriage was born from lust. It wasn't from God. I lost 3 family members in 6 months in 2017 and that made me turn to Christ. I was divorced in 2019. I struggle with this so bad. The best thing I have found is to stay away from anything and everything that can even make you think of ( for me women in a sexual way). Just gotta stay away from all of it. I am not saying I haven't failed. I am saying when I avoid it at all cost I win a lot of days. It's not me, it's God's grace. I pray to God all of the time. Lord please don't let me have those thoughts.
Heart purity is the answer. God has created us to have natural sexual desires and there is nothing wrong with them, but heart purity and self-control in our thoughts and actions are a must (Matthew 5:8, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27). God calls us to love from a pure heart (see 1 Timothy 1:5, James 4:8, Isaiah 1:16-20). That will eliminate lust that makes one look at another person as a sex object which goes beyond merely acknowledging sexual desire or attraction. And that is possible with Jesus, but we need to not only believe it but also agree 100% with Him to go in that direction. What God's grace promises to his servants who live for Him is "life and peace" (Romans 8:6), not a losing battle with natural urges or any uncontrollable habit likely accompanied with impure thoughts that result in sin certainly.
You have to be in agreement with God about doing his will for the rest of your life and you will become "dead to sin" as the Bible says (1 Peter 2:21-24, Romans 6:1-2, Romans 6:11): that is how you will be set free from sin (John 8:34-36, Romans 6:4-7, Romans 6:14-18).
It is the truth that will set you free (John 8:31-32, 36).

The way I overcame this sexual repetitive sin was to make a strict plan. This plan consisted of strict rules for myself such as; no t having any electronics on me while in bed except the T.V., no watching shows or movies with sensual dressed women, not talking about my past sexual experiences and praying/repenting of my sin. These rules helped me a lot. Just come up with your own rules and follow them to a T. Don't forgot to pray about it and you should see results as long as you try.

Sexual sin has destroyed my life in more ways than I can count. I praise the Lord Jesus, Christ for leading me out of this! I still struggle with temptation and singleness and loneliness every day of my life. I sent this to both of my sisters, because they have young boys that are about to be men. I wish I would’ve heard this when I was younger. What a powerful message! There is hope in Jesus!
You can find answers to any questions you have about your sexuality in your relationship with God. He will surely point out to you anything that is possibly in the way of closeness to Him, whether that's a wrong action or behavior, or a wrong mindset. So, if you focus on building or deepening your relationship with God, then you will be able to seek and receive his precise guidance on anything.
I can share this: sexual desire in itself is natural and not sinful. But there is sin when purity of heart and self-control in one's thoughts and actions are lacking (Matthew 5:8, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27), for instance, in the case of having an addiction or intending to engage in any lawless behavior (remember sin begins in your heart/mind). It's up to you to know if any situation you are involved in is sinful because of such reasons or any other indication you have from God. Make sure you approach God in genuine repentance so you will have the Holy Spirit to lead you to "walk by the Spirit" (Acts 2:38, Galatians 5:16)-with a pure heart and self-control, which is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).

That's what the attitude of your heart needs to be when you are going through the process of *repentance* and committing to be obedient to God for the rest of your life. You must sincerely regret having sinned against God, and come to the point of hearing and agreeing 100% with Jesus' message saying, "I do not condemn you, now go and don't sin anymore" (John 8:11). Your obedience as you choose to follow God's ways is key-that's how you show your faith to God (John 3:36, Luke 6:46, Hebrews 3:17-18). That opens the door to receiving his *forgiveness* for your past sins (2 Peter 1:9), *healing* (Luke 5:31-32), *freedom from sin/addictions* (John 8:34-36), and the gift of *a new life* that you will live for God and no longer for sin and the passing things of the world (Romans 6:4, 2 Corinthians 5:17, Galatians 6:15). That is salvation.
Please stay in the word and obey it (James 1:21-22). The word of God is fuel for your faith. To live as a follower of Jesus you must go out of your way to put the word of God in your heart and keep it there, rejecting all distractions. It's a fight and that's how you need to stand to not fall down. The truth will set you free from all sin (John 8:31-32, 36).

This is the first time I've watched this sermon. I've struggled with porn/lust for almost 6 years. It's been one of the hardest areas of my life to control. Watching this has given me a little more hope but I know that I have to take more action. Great sermon
Give your heart to Jesus repent of your sins and sexual sins all sins, and be baptized in Jesus name accept The Lord Jesus now don’t waste time. You need his help to fight sexual sin and other things get connected in a local church that will help you.

I’ve been struggling with lust and I have had horrible anxiety because I have finally found the man I have prayed for my whole life and I am suffering with lust. This video was exactly what I needed to hear. I thank you and pray that it is behind me so I can live a peaceful, lovely life with no regrets.

Hey man l had a similar process l recommend you find a spiritual father in a sense and how they overcome it it will help with accountability until you can overcome it yourself. But more specifically the Bible tells as to run, flee from the initial temptation of it. Look at Joseph when he was tempted by Potiphar wife he ran outside the house abd never even once flirted with the thought of it. How could he abstain from a presumably attractive rich successful women time and again. Get into the word study this topic by the word of God guided by the Holy Spirit.

I absolutely loved this! This was phenomenal. I battled and continue to battle lust and pornography. It's this that drove me to become a born again believer in Jesus Christ 12 years ago. 12 years later I still struggle with it but this sermon has to be one of the best sermons on lust I've heard and the fact you relayed your own experiences Jonathan made it very meaningful. We live in a time and society that is likened to the days of Noah where the thought of man was "only evil continually". The issues of lust and pornography I believe are the absolute biggest struggles believers face in their walk with Christ and will continue to face in the years to come and it is an all out, no holds barred, teeth grinding warfare. Me to it’s tough but have been celibate from sex for almost 4 months.
What helps me is serving at the church I attend and attending church on Sunday. Also knowing what will happen if I join the church (which I plan on doing soon) so the last thing I want is to be having sex with my boyfriend. Are you involved in a open Bible church where everyone reads along with the Bible? It helps apparently. I’m not sanctified quite yet but am going through the process and it’s definitely been interesting. I don’t like doing the things I used to do.

I’ve been a slave to it sense 17 years old and now I’m 36. I didn’t realize it was a result from loneliness and not being able to connect with people. The truth is though that I met a guy who was not a believer (my high school sweet heart) and that’s where our lust grew. It wasn’t tears later until I found messages of him talking to a friend about his plans of having sex with a woman he was dating. Imagine that. Really comes to show that I didn’t even know him at all and to this day he’s still not a Christian. 😞
Anyways, when I’m tempted with lust I just look at the bigger picture and know how much it’s going to hurt me and keep me away from my future husband.

We now have 3 months and 2 weeks together and we are still celibate. These videos have been such a God send! I follow jeanine amapola and she speak about the porch often. One day i finally decided to listen to a message which was laziness & discipline. I was truly blessed because i deal with laziness a lot. I didnt realize how much it affects ones life until hearing the message. I then decided to see if there was a youtube channel and i was glad i found it! I have been listening on my drives home frome work in the morning sometimes. I have my own church home but it is dometimes good to hear from other preachers as well. You can find answers to any questions you have about your sexuality in your relationship with God. He will surely point out to you anything that is possibly in the way of closeness to Him, whether that's a wrong action or behavior, or a wrong mindset. So, if you focus on building or deepening your relationship with God, then you will be able to seek and receive his precise guidance on anything.
I can share this: sexual desire in itself is natural and not sinful. But there is sin when purity of heart and self-control in one's thoughts and actions are lacking (Matthew 5:8, 1 Corinthians 9:24-27), for instance, in the case of having an addiction or intending to engage in any lawless behavior (remember sin begins in your heart/mind). It's up to you to know if any situation you are involved in is sinful because of such reasons or any other indication you have from God. Make sure you approach God in genuine repentance so you will have the Holy Spirit to lead you to "walk by the Spirit" (Acts 2:38, Galatians 5:16)-with a pure heart and self-control, which is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23).
►You must submit to God. That is essential:
James 4:7-8
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.

Please stay in the word and obey it (James 1:21-22). The word of God is fuel for your faith. To live as a follower of Jesus you must go out of your way to put the word of God in your heart and keep it there, rejecting all distractions. It's a fight and that's how you need to stand to not fall down. The truth will set you free from all sin (John 8:31-32, 36).
As I'm taking down notes, i cant help but cry. i've been trapped in this struggle for 20+ years. I accepted the Lord Jesus as my savior 12 years ago, but this has been a pressing matter that i'm realizing i am learning this feeling like i'm too late or I'm going to relapse every week or month, scared to get accountability.

I worked at a bar in my late teen years and got to see the reality of that scene from the sober side of the bar. That didnt completely stop me from glamorizing it but it definitely planted seeds that i never wanted to become like those i saw losing it under the influence. I went to club type places when i was 21 and here and there until i was about 24. Having seen the lights come on every shift when i workedbat the end of the night something started to happen in those mid 20s years... A light came on in my head and when i was 24 my girlfriend and I went to a club one last time...and all i could do was see everyone with the lights on even when they weren't. It looked absolutely ridiculous and i know that light will never leave me in that context. Its like i can see their souls and cant help but feel pity and cant enjoy that scene the way satan intended at all any longer. It's completely ruined and i thank God for that.

That part of it is more "fun" for the villain than the actual assualt and that's why all acts of lust (pee...dough...feel ya, raype, incest, prostitution, po...rn, molestation, neck...row...feel ya, zoo-feel ya, home...O...sexuality) are deemed men-tall disorders. Do your research and you'll find that the majority of sexual predators have severe men-tall disorders and PTSD. This is what I wish more people understood.*

Psalm 51 the prayer of repentance by King David, for adultery, murder, and deception is very.powerful and cleansing as well when we fall into lust. It was also prayed by pastor Jerry Swaggert in front of his church after being catch with prostitutes also.

By overcoming sex addiction, I know I've become a better person, getting better at serving people around me. This way, I really feel that I am struggling with Satan and getting closer to God. I'm learning that life is a struggle of overcoming issues and problems within oneself, and going for something higher.
It's been almost a month since I first saw this. Such a powerful image to watch everything burn because of lust's destructive power. I'm happy to report that I've not viewed porn since then, but I still have a long way to go in my battle to be pure for God. Pray for young men that struggle with this sin. It is hard to vomit up this deep seated evil, but once you do, it is life changing. I finally have peace with Christ and I beg He keeps me on His path. The spiritual attacks don't stop, so gird your loins, men.
JP wasn’t joking about sleepless nights. Had to force myself awake when I had sexual dreams. Even dreams about masturbation! The enemy will not cease to try binding your feet to the past sins. Don’t stop fighting! With Jesus’ blood and God’s spirit you WILL overcome the enemy because Christ has already overcome the world. Press into your faith when you feel weak. In your weakness is where His strength is perfected.

I cried this entire sermon
Lust is cruel spirit and always wants more. I am a believer and sinned with other believer. We were good friends, now our friendship is spoiled and we dont talk. I thought the worst could happen is pregnancy or STD. But after sinning I thought about trying some threesome, suicide and even murder thoughts started to pop up in my head. I thought was going crazy being tormented by that thoughts in one week!! I cant work now, no desire to do anything else. Im 27 yo and had a lot of sex but it always leave thirsty it’s like salty water indeed. Thats why I cant get married till now - love is misinterpreted as lust is involved.
Praying God will set me free from this!
Thank you for this message… I feel too many churches shy away from this. I needed it. I lost my virginity at 13 years old to a boy who put a lot of pressure on me. At the time I thought it was what I wanted and quickly learned it wasn’t. I hadn’t even gotten my period yet… and safe to say it ruined me for a long time. I became addicted to porn. Have dealt with it for over 15 years. I’m married now and so happy in my marriage, but I have dealt with it through this marriage. It wasn’t until a few months ago that God took away my desire for porn. I have been repenting this sin for a long time and still kept going back. Satan had these chains wrapped around me for SO long. This message is so so so important. When we are that young we have no idea the consequences of these things. Thank you.

This describes my life for the last 40+ years. I am 22 years sober from drugs and alcohol. Since then this habit has increased, ruined me, and ruined my marriage. Im here today a couple weeks sober from this bondage of sin. Its gonna be a tough road. Way tougher than drugs and alcohol.
Have you received the message of God who is calling all people to repent (Acts 17:30-31)? You must sincerely regret having sinned against God, and come to the point of hearing and agreeing 100% with Jesus' message saying, "I do not condemn you, now go and don't sin anymore" (John 8:11). You only need to be on board with approaching God the way He expects you to, and that will be your path to receiving his forgiveness and healing, freedom from sin/addictions and the gift of *a new life* (John 8:34-36, Romans 6:4-7). That is salvation.
James 1:21-22
21 Therefore, putting away all filthiness and overflowing of wickedness [that's repentance], receive with humility the implanted word, which is able to save your souls. 22 But be doers of the word [that's faith/obedience], and not only hearers, deluding your own selves.
James 4:7-8
7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded.
If you had never approached God with that understanding, it's time to do it now.
