I understand what you mean about looking up at the big ship! I get that feeling too when underneath a tall building. I remember the first time I felt it and it was when I was a little kid walking past the great big hull of a ship in a dockyard. It’s like a kind of inverse vertigo. Especially the way the shape of the hull was looming over me.
It was nice to hear that you felt you were settling into yourself again after how unsettled you felt right after you got your diagnosis.
There are ups and downs of course, but overall it’s true I don’t experience as much imposter syndrome as I did right after getting my diagnosis 😊 slow progress!
You got such good shots of stockholm! 😊 i love the science fiction store 😊 Your struggles are unfortunately pretty relatable for me, particularly overly planning the airplane trip and the overstimulation from noise. Interesting how you got some help thanks to the lanyard 🙂🌻
Also, what kind of loops do you use? I might buy a pair! 😊
I’m glad you enjoyed the video! Pretty sure I have the Engage Plus loops; at first I would take the ‘mute inserts’ on and off depending on the situation but now I just leave them on at all times 😊 highly recommend!

I’m terrified of planes so never been on one and if I was I’d be scared to go to the bathroom too. I have bladder issues so I’d prob not be able to go 4 hours without using it
I’ve only been abroad once when I was on a school ski trip. That was 40 years ago and I decided there and then that I’d never get on a plane again. I fainted when it took off, I guess it was the pressure or something, then I felt terrible claustrophobia the whole time.
