This mans voice is like liquid gold. Biggest applause from audience. So smooth. Talented & modest. Stunning performance.
I came across Gregory Porter from the tv show Never Mind The Buzzcocks. Having not really known much about him, I stumbled across this. Wow. What a voice. He’s definitely got that big swing ballad voice. Tones of Sinatra and Nat king Cole at points.
I was lucky enough to be in audience for this. Great music goes straight to my soul, and I get really emotional. Tears were rolling down my face listening to this. The Albert Hall is a very grand venue, and fairly big, but Gregory captivated the whole audience during his performance, and brought the house down at the end. Incredible.
I was that lucky too....you are not wrong! Gregory was outstanding and fully deserved his standing ovation
I wasn't there but I did see him live earlier this year and I can only confirm everything you said. By far the best concert I ever attended.
Was also there had goosebumps through the whole thing 💕
A great and highly varied concert given it had Foo Fighters , Paul Weller, Van Morison yet it was Gregory that brought the house down.
I was there too and to this day it is the best musical experience ive ever had. I had goosebumps from start to finish.

I had never even heard of Gregory Porter before, then I head him singing this on Graham Norton and I was absoloutely stunned. His voice is amazing!
