    I am Maharastrian living in Pune. We have always savored Red Chilli Pickle by G Pulla Reddy. But its available only in Hydarabad. We dont get it unless someone travels to Hyderabad.
    Hopefully this is same thing. Will try making this !! Thanks

    Made this last year and making it again this year in the red chilly season. Must say this is a superb recipe and we couldn't have enough of it. Two thumbs up. Highly recommended. thank you for sharing it with us. 👍

      meenakshi soni refrigerated it will last for few months for sure . Depends on the mirchi u choose , some are too watery and may not last for long .

    Hi am planning to prepare pandu mirchi i am searching of recipe but i dont know so i am searching in web i got your vedio i liked your vedio so much, the methods you used in preparation is good. The only one doubt i had that i observed you add only Methi powder, i want to add musturd powder shall i add or i have to follow exactly your method please tell me is there any reason you didnt add musturd powder. Can you reply me soon please.

      you don't need to add mustard powder. mustard seeds powder is usually added in Mango Pickle. This is Andhra style Pandumirapakya pachadi.you can follow this method.sorry for the delay.

    My kind advise to everyone don’t use plastic containers for storing any pickles.Rather use ceramic or glass containers for storing.

    We cant keep it outside instd of keepin in fridge..how long does it be fresh

      actually it is kept outside only.... but you have enough space in the fridge then you can keep it in after 1 or 2 months to avoid discoloration.sorry for the delay...

      +Fats Real don't keep in fridge.leave it out side tightly covered.it softens the tamarind layer below.but don't forget to add salt.it's the preservative.

      Hi Meenakshi.Moti wali mirchi jyaada spicy nahi hota.isiliye aap tamarind thoda kum dalna hoga.if possible take thin mirchis and make it as I did.

    can please tell me the measurements.......150g tamarind is used for how many kg of red chilli

      Navya ji, achar mein utna namak nahin daale tho within a few days isko kachre ki dabbe mein daalna padega...kyonki bina namak woh pickle kharab ho jaayega.salt is the preservative for the pickle.I hope you understand.
