ConCourt hears applications to appeal the WC High Court's decision on Mkhwebane's suspension - Pt 1

- The Constitutional Court is hearing arguments from suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane, President Cyril Ramaphosa and the DA on whether it should confirm the decision of the High Court regarding Mkhwebane's suspension. The court found that Ramaphosa was conflicted when he suspended Mkhwebane, because she was investigating his Phala Phala farm theft.
The decision will only come into effect if the Concourt agrees with it.
The Concourt will also hear Mkhwebane's appeal of the rejection of her application for immediate reinstatement.

On my behalf its been a long time the court dealing with this case, on top of that President agreed that the money he was having it was 480dollars if not mistaken ,so i don't see anything that can stop her to occupy her office because the truth is out already so i see no barrier to occupy her office .

DA support Ramaphosa in daylight, The ANC has been hijacked. What did the public protector do, nothing wrong except that she challenged the reserve Bankers on ABSA issue, and also that she shows no signs of being influenced by the media. Losing cases and employing the services of Black lawyers is a pointless argument.
