Please can SA set up a separate court for politicians where appeals can carry on for the next 100 years . This will free up the regular courts to process the many trials for those accused of state capture and industrial scale looting of tax payers money and hopefully we can start seeing people in prison for many years . Without this there is ZERO credibility
There argument by Adv Steven Budlender SC is convincing, well thought and well presented...m not in anyway suggesting that it is the "right" argument that the court should follow but it is exemplary for any aspiring lawyer...it also assists the court in it judicial duties. 30 May 2023.

Ignore and take Dali Mpofu lightly at your own peril. Almost every offensive misdemeanor that which is considered as an illegal conduct/breach is linked to the Constitution.... for instance rape and/or murder. But almost all those culprits concerned would be charged brought before either a Local Court and/or High Court... and all those Courts would come up with what's deemed to be a verdict and sanction (subject to be appealed at a Higher Court), and not any referral for any form of a confirmation.
PHALA PHALA came AFTER the process to suspend the public protector has started and has reached its pinnacle. It was just a matter of time that the public protector will be suspended. In fact the PP herself delayed the suspension by asking for more time.. If it was not for the PP asking for more time, the PP would have been suspended wayyyy before the Phala Phala issue was known. It would have been something else if the suspension issue was never active at the time Phala Phala became known...Dali is losing this one clearly...just apply logic...President said to her I want to suspend you, give me reasons why I should not... This was in March already!,!! That the president rushed to suspend after Phala Phala is never here nor there..

Please read the Constitution carefully. Only an order of invalidity of a statue or conduct of the president requires confirmation.
