I think the watch pocket on the waistband is great, looks more like where it ought to be and easier to use on non-belt jeans, and for belt jeans, the belt would turn it into a secure 'locked' pocket. I'd buy some.

Pitiful that not a single 150th anniversary piece will be American made. Don't tell me it can't cuz there's dozens of companies doing it. Levis is one of the wealthiest so the definitely can. Now I only purchase your jeans from the Thrift. That way my money doesn't get too you. It actually hurts you because that's one more pair a retailer won't purchase from you.

the made in mexico 501s are pretty good - vintage made in usa 80s-90s is actually cheaper than a lot of the modern models
