The outlet near me freaking tears the top of their shoe boxes.. If you asked them they'd probably say so that you can see what's inside the box at a glance...
Sounds like it's a clearance outlet. I'd focus on apparel there but also you can sell shoes without boxes on amazon, you just need to poly bag them or buy replacement boxes from reseller supplies 🫡

I am so glad that I found your channel. I just started Amazon FBA a few months ago and am working towards getting ungated in Nike. I am very curious to see how you send in the boxes of shoes to Amazon. Do you tape the lids shut? Do anything else for prep? How do you handle returns of shoes, can you re-list them? I see the number of videos that you have, so I am going to start watching them all. The answers are probably in there somewhere.

Yeah, but what about all those returns & "Item not received" scammers? Not including Amazon $25-$30 fees per pair. Oh yeah...and Amazon giving customer refunds at your expense to anybody that asks. Profits dwindle down quickly. I have a love hate relationship with them right now. Good luck!

What is tax exemption And how can I use it
I'm not a business expert, but I'm pretty sure it means that if you're a reseller, then you don't have to pay a sales tax when you buy product you intend to sell.

What about nike and target not selling to resellers, cant use sales exempt card either.
Target has a policy that they can refuse but if they don't know (because you don't tell them) you'll be fine. Also the newer self checkouts at Target support tax exempt. Nike is 100% reseller friendly and will allow you to use your tax exemption as long as your purchasing credit card matches the company on your certificate from your state

How do you do taxes with a reseller certificate on FBA? Does Amazon send you what you owe on taxes; 1099 or do they pay taxes upfront within the app? I'm confused with Nexus. Do I have to have a sellers permit for every state that I send to Amazon FBA?
You do not need a sellers permit for every state and you don’t even need one for your state to start. But you should get it before the year completes.
Only register your business in the state you operate in. Amazon will collect sales tax for you for all the states that it’s required to by the government.
You do get a 1099K from Amazon at the end of the year but they do not withhold any taxes other than sales tax for you

So much work. Beautiful women are making hundreds of thousands a month on OnlyFans while guys like us are hustling to make a few dollars a week extra buying and selling. And others are eating food around the world and making millions as food vloggers. World is full of surprises. By the way I think people doing videos on retail arbitrage and Amazon FBA are making money via videos and their courses and prob nothing on their product sales on Amazon. Because Amazon fees are insanely high..

I tried this in ny, i was able to find only one shoe, i sold it than the buyer requested a refund claiming that it was half size small🤔🤔. Anyways i was out about 22$ because of shipping and return shipping. Bad experience . I might stick to books for now.

Can you explain the tax exempt?
When you register your business with the state you can apply for sales tax exemption with vendors. This means when they sell to you they don’t charge sales tax. You have to get it set up on a per store basis and it’s a little different in each state. The reason is, because if you’re reselling it, you’re going to charge your customer sales tax, so we dont have to ALSO pay when we buy. Also charities and nonprofits don’t pay sales tax. More places offer it then don’t. Costco, Walmart, Amazon etc. “Do you take tax exempt?” Make sure you ask before you checkout. 😉
