Btw. You can edit the From Preset in .cfg file and remove the things you don't want to change.
So in that Light example, you cold open the file that contains Form Preset, delete all the entries but the one that has the light color in it. Then that Form Preset will change only the color.
( from modo 16 forward there is folder for configs and there is a FormPreset.cfg. In earlier version you have to find those from main config file )

If you want to create a separate config file (cfg file) to keep your form presets in the event you delete your main MODO CFG file - do this (from Funk on the MODO Slack)
After creating form presets, close modo or use file > config save, then open your modo config in a text editor.
Search for and copy that into a separate config (eg. C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Luxology\Configs\presets_forms.cfg).
    Here's a sample

Cool, Greg. I'll have to explore that, because I do have a use case for it. Interesting. Thank you!

Hey Mike - yeah, it's super useful. I'm finally getting around to making some.
