Some problems I have with video: 1) resting fork for 5 minutes as demonstrated in video encourages bending the f fender stays/fork brace. I'm convinced one of the fender braces arrived bent! 2) my bike was missing the nut to hold the bolt for attaching fender to fender fork brace. 3) more detail should be given around . 4) the battery is not easily removed/attached with the under placement once the wheel is attached. 5) front light does not attach easily 6) the disc brake protector is actually attached over r deraillier (which makes more sense). Just some thing to improve on Plus it would be nice to get a new fork sent to Denver as the fork brace was bent and soon broke off when trying to attach fender.
Bonjour J'ai acheté un Zebra et pour le montage de la roue avant, je rencontre un problème. La barre entre tel qu'indiqué mais bloque avant de ressortir de l'autre côté. J'ai essayé de l'insérer de l'autre sens mais une pièce bloque l'ouverture (et la sortie). Il manque environ 1 pouces et demi pour ressortir et pour être solidifié. Dois-je enlever cette pièce .
I see in the video that an extra 5mm Hex Wrench was needed for assembling, does that come with the bike as well? What other extra tools are needed to fully assemble the bike?
I could do with 1 off them bikes down in Portsmouth, UK. For work and for fun . It's a bit Hilly around here. Must save up. Zebra looks far better than the cyrusher.

Turn the handlebar to move wheel out of the way, then the battery us easily removed and replaced

At 2:20, the skewer should be in line and towards the fork, not downwards like in video.

Ive ordered my Zebra and im excitedly awaiting it -- do I need to also purchase the multi-tool? or does it come w the tools needed to assemble?

Is there a working tail light? Is it connected to the display or a switch? Does the tail light working as a brake light too?
Yes. The tail-light is activated along with the headlight from a button on the keypad. The tail-light will flash when the brakes are activated.
How long did it take you all to get your Zebra? I ordered mine March 20th.

Arrives on Monday. This is homework so I can be prepared. Update: my bike arrived today. Damaged. Unable to use it. So disappointing.
