      I was in an assesment day of etihad airlines he gives me a pic of an airplane i don't know what to say so if u have an idea about what they want us to answer about the pics pls help us

    Oven only been a fa for a year and I already have so many stories if angry/rude passengers to tell! Lol, in my airlines defence tho, we often fly subcharter for another airline and that airline spassengers are usually the rude and angry ones. My fav time was getting cups thrown at me lol

      Phoebe Swift I don’t, when I got cups thrown at myself by an angry pax, I just literally just went okey dokey and left, but others would definitely talk ‘back’! Lol! But you are required to always stay friendly

      @@hanadaily4823 I just said “okay”, walked out of the situation, informed the rest of my crew and cried silently in the lavatory. Our purser threatened to have him arrested once landed if he didn’t behave, but he apologized and stayed quiet for the rest of the flight lol
