I purchased the A50 for my son, he loves it. A very nice display, above average cameras, a 4000mamp battery, 6to7hrs SOT, not to shabby. Micro s/d support & headphone jack. I picked it up on Amazon for 296.00 after taxes. He loves it!
Have the a50, thought it was the best value in the A series range with the triple cameras. Love this phone its perfect besides one thing. The power button is on the same side as the volume buttons and they feel the same so often when i go to adjust volume i hit the power button and put the phone to sleep which is so annoying.
currently i have both the devices with me, and i found the display of a30 to be slightly better than a50. Black looks better on a30 for some odd reasons. Can u just confirm the same?
Up to you, I ditched flagship phones 3 years ago and I'm getting pretty much the same experience for a phone which is 1/3 of the price. The A50 is probably my favorite phone of all time and all it cost me was $300. I have it for 6 months now and never had any problems at all and it works as good today as it did the first day I took it out of the box
the white is better. i previously had the moto e5 plus on metro which meant it was blue by default, I learned from my mistakes and went for the most elegant white. Colored phones are a gimmick and aren't aesthetically pleasing like grayscale phones. It just looks tacky unless ur a little kid, in which case it's odd they'd have a phone with a 6.4" screen.
How do I change the charging animation? When I plug-in my A30 it covers the whole screen but I want a minimalistic animation for it. Can you help me out?
Its sad to see that a phone reviewing channel with 1 million subscribers doesn't know anything about phones, the A-series has been there since 2014 and the M-series replaced the J-series. And BTW One UI and touchWiz are completely different things

@@oussamabt9525 already bought it. Not bad for the price so far. It's pretty much everything they said in the video. Don't expect too much of course. In terms of audio from the speakers, not great for me (a little crunchy). Has annoying camera selfie filters (typical for android). Not the best camera for low light but does the job (really blurry for me). Performance power is mediocre and okay if you're not really planning on using it for hours and hours of gaming.

A50 will not be supported for AT&T, per Samsung for the USA version 9-20-19, but it will be supported by other carriers (except AT&T and Cricket) does not have the bands. It may have one band, but if you get out of that one band your up a creek. I really wanted this phone.
I don't really trust gaming reviews for phones. It all depends on how much apps you are running, storage,graphic settings. He may be running the game in high settings you don't know that's why its slow. I think I'm gonna get the a30 very similar to the a50 I don't think it's worth the extra money. 💵🤔

You have forgotten majour differnce and no one ever speak about this aspect of any phone i. e. 4G Band and Frequency under wich it operate. A50 is Global phone works universally while A30 can not. Just check spec. in detail
Pasha Boss it can run pubg with medium quality. Better and more smooth on lowest settings tho. Although it can become really laggy if you get notifications and messages while gaming. Still good phone tho.
Xx _HydraZxX yup,without any lag. Except when you get messages while gaming. Lags very low. And is not as noticeable if you have a good connection and stuff. Lags more on other phones though (not all the phones)
Do you guys think the a30 will lag at all with day to day use? I don't game on my smartphone but I cannot put up with any lag in simple day to day use (homescreen, UI, yt, social media etc) I'm either going to buy the a30 because of the gorgeous design or the redmi note 7 because of its power.

@@popantermopan4099 there are good options like the p30 lite, note 7 pro. Etc. However what sold me on this device was the amoled display, battery and UI. The others may be snappier and may slightly edge a50 in performance. But user experience on A50 and features is much better than the others. One down side for the a50 though is the build with plastic at the back and light weight. P30lite is glass built . All in all i prefer the a50. U have Amoled display headphone Jack Large screen Smooth interface. One i Customizations Good battery Etc.

Can either phones play 1080p60fps or 720p60fps without a problem? I currently have the j3 Luna pro and it constantly goes to a black screen and the audio still plays when it switches to 720p60fps
I have sold A30 becoz of its speaker... Now using oppo F11. it has a decent speaker.. But I miss amoled screen.. so if A50 has better speaker than A30 then i will go for it... Neither of these phones have a light sensor, therefore there is no way that the brightness can adjust automatically. Software updates don't matter for features that the phone doesn't have

If you compare the standard Samsung Galaxy Note 10 to the Samsung Galaxy A30, you would see that the A30 has 2 more pixels per inch than the Note 10...

Ahmed Afndi can you tell me about a30 camera it don’t have depth sensor only wide lens so I heard if a phone doesn’t feature depth lens it will not blur the background of your non human face photos . It will only blur the background if there is face or a person standing. So can you capture a photo of a bottle (or any subject) with blurring background? Also tell me is there gyro sensor in a30 ?
I bought my GF the A30 phone , installed the 128Gig micro sd card ,added the case and screen protector. With all the extra stuff it came to about the A50 price for just the phone alone. One thing he didn't mention was the slide out card in the side that contains the micro sd card and 2 SIM cards for your service. Also since Samsung Galaxy A30 SM-A305F/DS is a GSM phone I believe it will work in Europe AND USA with correct SIM cards.

After the system updates the finger print problem is gone, I just got an A50 and after all the updates the fingerprint scanner is pretty effective

If you update the a50 and put your fingerprint twice for each each finger you wont face any issues

Perhaps a better deal would be getting a used s8 of eBay or swappa. You can find them at this price range in pretty much mint condition.

The back has made glastic but it's called plastic not a glastic because samsung are put shiny put a reflective back to look like s10 plus glass back
I heard another tip is to register 3 fingers as the same finger, hope that helps someone

No auto brightness.... but manual...who noticed that? I think it should be fixed through updates...

@@AbsoluteUNIT000 there is a gyroscope, and if there's a subject you want to take a picture of, it'll blur it due to the absence of a depth sensor.
4K is avilable on A50 but you have to use cameras like Footej
