I just want everyone who is struggling to know to hang in there. Just hang on and dont ever let go. When i was 8 on my birthday my mother died. She had a doctor mess up a surgery and she died. I was 8 and i felt terrible because my mom woke me up to tell my dad that she needed him because I was sleeping next to her. My father was an alcoholic and was probably in trouble with my mom was sleeping on the couch. She was having chest pains and needed emergency surgery. So in my 8 year old mind, if i would have woken up the first time, would it be the same doctor? When I told my dad the story because I was upset he blew up. He blamed me for the next 4 years. I would get woke up on school nights to him wanting to yell at me and he would make me stand in the corner and crazy stuff. When i was 12 i held a knife to ky my throat and I was going to kill myself. Only thing that stopped me was because I was scared of hell because of my grandparents told me. The next 15 years was drugs and alcohol abuse. Always suicidal but never had the courage. When i turned 27 my sister bought me a book on overcoming the devil. She was my little sister and didn't have any money so i tried to pay for it thinking she shouldn't have done this. I planned on just throwing it on my shelf, didn't consider reading it until she said , keep the money and if you don't read it then pay me. Well now i was obligated i felt so i gave it a go. I was changed 100%. I was never suicidal again, not to say i didn't struggle hear and there but dwpression was gone like a light switch. As soon as i surrendered it was over. I know it doesn't mean that happens for everyone but for me it did. Now I have a 8 year old daughter, dont drink, no drugs, happy as can be. I have such a beautiful relationship with my daughter and so many other gifts that I have been given is amazing. I own a construction company now, im 36 years old and its doing fairly well. I'm looking to use the money i make to give back. I will someday soon have enough to do my ultimate dream, to pay for a block chain based protocol that is used to crowdfund things for help children and under funded churches of peoples choice first, but will hopefully eventually grow into theoretically anything that people want to donate to. Im going to name it kena like my daughters name which is also my mother's name. Im not smart, im not special, im nothing thats good. This is what God can do for anyone if you give Him the chance and you just hang on.

Respectfully, I disagree. Though I have the ability to explain with articulation and concision with facts and references and data the hope I have in Christ to an unbeliever it is not necessary nor is it a prerequisite. It says always be ready... that is the only qualification. I believe because ultimately I have FAITH. faith alone. Though I have soteriological reasons, I don't need them nor am I called to have them. This is truly swallowing the camel yet straining at the gnat.
Will you guys please debate me on water baptism? Acts 2:38 is clear that repentance and water baptism is essential for salvation. Without repentance and water baptism, you don't receive forgiveness of sin and the gift of the Holy Spirit. There are so many scriptures throughout Acts of people being baptized into Christ. Romans 6:1-4, Galatians 3:27, 1 Peter 3:21.....the list goes on and on.
I'm sure you can find James white debate someone that knows much more than you on the topic. You can learn a lot from watching the correct people debate if you watch to learn instead of affirmation of your opinion
Just checked there is a debate on the baptism between James white and strawbridge and you can see that the debate isn't as simple as you think. If it was a matter of reading a couple verses as you say, there would be no other side of the argument
@@mattverville9227 There are many examples throughout Acts (over 10 I believe) of people putting their faith and trust in Jesus Christ and getting baptized into Christ. ~3,000 people Acts 2, Ethiopian Eunich - Acts 8, Apostle Paul - Acts 9, Cornelius and his household - Acts 10....the list goes on and on. Study all of Acts and you will see what I'm talking about.
