PAV BHAJI MASALA RECIPE ❤️
Recipe:
1. Take a pan, add the following and lightly roast for 1-2 mins:
- Cumin: 2 tbsp
- Coriander Seeds: 4 tbsp
- Black Peppercorns: 1 tbsp
2. Then, add:
- Tej Patta/Bay Leaf: 6 pc
- Kashmiri Mirch: 20 pc
- Dalchini/Cinnamon: 3 pc
- Black Elaichi: 4 pc
- Green Elaichi: 4 pc
- Star Anise: 4 pc
- Cloves: 18 pc
- Fennel: 3 tbsp
Turn off the flame, stir and toss for 2 mins.
3. Finally, add:
- Hing: 1 tsp
- Amchur: 2 tsp
- Saunth: 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
- Kasuri Methi: 3 tbsp
- Black Salt: 1 tbsp
- Salt
- Nutmeg: 1/4 tsp
Toss everything together, transfer to a grinder and grind it. Store in an air-tight container and enjoy!
