How would you rate each of these builders?

Lennar is still very new to the area so it's hard to say since I haven't had a chance to go through an inspection or anything with them. If you look nationally DR has some mixed reviews but they build a lot of homes. So far locally they have a good reputation and in all of my dealings with them the inspections have gone well.
