The way the cheese sticks to the lettuce after assembly just makes it seem more like real cheese to be fair. The hotdog pieces being used for the octopus seems very fitting because it reminds me of the way some hotdogs are cut to looks like octopus lol (also while it was pink with the snoot it looked like Marina from Animal Crossing)
