    Yes it's possible,mine is at floor tilling stage another has taken 960k however it depends on a number of factors
    1.contractor/foreman (B your self)
    2.materiels (buy yourself)
    3.Area(urban or rural)
    4.more research in every stage before u start.

      Also the size of the house and roof type. The old style gable roof is cheaper than most of the modern and stylish ones.

    When we were young,we used to go for bread and eggs after breakfast, but no mistake,now why not have shopping for materials and accessories for saving money!🎉😅😂❤

    That's a real price tag or slightly lower for a 3 bedrooms house,do not reliay on people false information, you hear others saying to build a such home is 9 million nonesence they usually liars ,wanauzia watu uwoga na kujifanya high class ati wamejenga na wale wengine ATI hawawezi kujenga,

  • @Patoville

    The easiest part of building such a house is the foundation and the laying of stones. The finishing is the hardest though it might deceptively look simple.
    Does the above house have concrete pillars since there is a slab on top or rather how safe is it to build a simple storeyed 3 bedroom stone house without concrete steel enforced columns??

    • @mianomuthii
      @mianomuthii  8 месяцев назад

      It doesn't have the pillars but ameweka strong walls

    The guy is detailed, does his research very well...maybe he can point out the size of the house so that people can get to understand why his house is cheap..you know there are 3 bedrooms of different sizes and other factors such as the area you are in, sometimes the materials might be of good bargain but the transport cost unawezea lia machozi yote but we must give credit where it is due, his cost saving techniques are top notch....oooh and we stick to hoop iron , barbed wire ni ya fence

    He should give a full breakdown of the 850k. We know you can even make a house for 200k but we know the quality will differ significantly from a 10M house of the same size. 850k would just be for roofing for someone else...
