Have same radio! Using it on 144MHzIt has the 220 - 399.975MHz brother R-853V2M
My version does not has 220-399 band, so sad but what can to do. You're lucky, you can use it for SATCOM. but AM modulation is sadly. Also Squelch is problem, but there are some possibility to install squelch.
Where is possible to buy this device?
