My sister & I visited Charleston for the first time a few years back & loved it. A couple of suggestions, first, if you want to do something really touristy, take the harbor tour on the Carolina Belle. It is really nice & gets you out on the water for a couple hours & you get to see some awesome sites. Second, drive to Sullivan’s Island across the bridge & eat at the Edgar Allan Poe restaurant. Sullivan Island is where all the really rich people & celebrities have big beautiful beach homes. Lots to see & do around Charleston!!
What do you do with all your clothes? I know it’s part of your job to receive and try on clothes, but it’s a never-ending avalanche of new clothes coming in. Do you just constantly donate new clothes? It would seem really overwhelming.
I wish Thred Up (& other companies) would give discounts for people who are already a customer, vs just new ones. I literally just placed a $350 order this morning! The only negative thing about Thred Up is they charge a $3.99 restocking fee (plus you pay shipping) if you return an item. Their measurements aren’t always accurate, so you have to be really careful & know your sizes in the brands you buy, or else you can get stuck with clothes that don’t fit. I have unfortunately learned this the hard way. It also takes a few weeks to receive your order, but aside from those negatives, I love Thred Up! 😊
Thred Up has sent me coupons with my clothing purchase inside the box, and I've received a postcard with a coupon as well. I don't know if this was randomly done, but I feel as if they should have more coupons. I'm a VIT level, and I definitely agree they should have better measurements on their clothing. I've received a few items that were way too loose, and I was going off their measurements. I also received the wrong size mules, which was a bummer. I don't like sending items back, and I submitted a complaint. They were quick to address my issue and gave me credit.

We had our wedding reception in a banquet hall attached to a bar. Towards the end a random drunk man left his group of friends in the bar and came in and started dancing 😂 When we were leaving at the end of everything we passed by him and he straight up told us his friends were boring but that our party was fantastic and he had such a great time. I would’ve felt much more uncomfortable if it was my *home* but as it was he didn’t eat or drink anything to mess with our tab and was only there a max of 30 minutes so we just find it funny lol
Omg I live in Carlsbad, I was going to say the alkaline water is the best. Also I know it gets crowded there, if you’re in a pinch Carlsbad Costco carries the litter water bottles. Also you need to check out the flower fields this spring! 🫶🏼 love your Channel happy you’re in North county.
We had a funeral crasher at my dad's funeral. The funeral notice was placed in the local newspaper with details of where the food was served for friends and family after the burial. Another family member told us that this man looked the paper every morning and crashed funerals for free food

I've done the wedding crasher thing. When I was in my mid 20s I use to hang out with 4 other girls. We always went to the Marriott after work on Fridays. If there was a wedding going on, we would just go in and mingle during happy hour and have free drinks and appetizers. It used to be such a blast. Ahhhhhh, the days of my yout. lol

As an interior designer I would totally advise against strong green in a bathroom...it will make your makeup look horrible!! The brownish Grey you picked might be a bit too dark, depending on your natural light and additional lighting, but it is a warmer tone so it will be better for reflective color when doing makeup. Never use strong greens in bathrooms or dining rooms...the color reflects making you look sickly and in dining rooms it makes meats look gray!! BTW, love the clothes you got, they look great and what deals!!!
It really shouldn’t take that long to remove Gel-X. Lol. That salon may not be familiar with the process. I just had it removed and it took them about 15 minutes. 🤭
