@MichaelHecker no, you won't. I've personally witnessed a couple of them in southern Utah, and lower Colorado. There's no people in those desert drainages,it's mainly driftwood. And if you watch them on utube you will see that it's that way in the southwest, with less than one percent human waste versus natural material.
