It is MUCH better for her to be in a tent with water and snacks than be assaulted by 40 ticks. That really can be super dangerous so this was an excellent decision on your end.

To others trying to find arrowheads go to a farm field near a creek or river and wait for the farmers to tiller the land then wait for it to rain and you’ll find them. (Please ask permission and don’t leave trash)

Arrow heads are mostly made out of obsidian. Every piece that's breaks off an obsidian is very sharp.

Here in NorCal it is HARD and rocky and just miserable to work on. Not saying that’s not hard work- sandy material has its challenges that I don’t wanna deal with 😂

I picked this shovel up at Walmart I’m correct. I wanted a lightweight shovel with a certain style. It was originally yellow and I cut the shovel myself 👊🏼

Come to Kentucky arrowheads are very common here especially in Carter county around Carter caves or the AA highway there is even an iron furnace used during the civil war there
