Correction on the artist that used mica powders with the Behr Deep Base - it was Sarah Fezio. Stephanie from Deliberately Creative did mica powders using other mixes, like Mod Podge, and other mediums.

Great overview, i use mica powders with resin, but haven't thought of adding it to a paint pour

Better late than never, maybe... I've had some good results when mixing mica powders with the Sax Medium and Gloss Varnish, Polycrylic Water Based Varnish (all finishes), and Polycrylic One Step. With the Sax, most of the mica powders mixed in almost immediately. Similar results with the Polycrylic products. Since they all dry "clear", the resulting colors are more like the mica powder colors, not paled down. The other product that I've heard will work is the Behr Paint Deep Paint Base, alot thicker than the others but Stephanie from Deliberately Creative (I think?) mixed it with the paint base first and then added water to thin it down.
Also a tip: I added a whole lot less mica powder than you added, with good results. If the base is going to dry clear, you would probably have enough for an ounce of paint if you add only as much mica powder as you can get on 1/2 inch of a small popsicle stick. At least that is my result. And although mica powders can be inexpensive (I get mine from TKB Trading online), there are also very pricey products out there.
One last note: I would assume that Liquitex pouring medium also works, and the gel mediums work too, but those are a lot more expensive than the Sax or Polycrylic. If I ever become rich and/or famous, I may decide to spend more on pouring mediums but until then, I'll stick to Floetrol, and the lower cost pouring mediums.

Using mica powder in clear pouring medium, no pigment, is much better approach.
