Anyways try aiming for more simple meals like ground beef or steaks and the carbs keep it simple like rice your body will thank you. Can’t wait to see your transformation, enjoy the journey.

There is something as overconsumption of water and people get obsessed with their water intake which really can affect sleep and feeling fatigued throughout the day ( listened on the andrew huberman podcast). Dont force drink yourself. Drink when you feel like it; a glass in the morning, with every meal, during and or after a workout is plenty. Also keep in mind its the electrolyte levels that hydrate the body, not water directly. keep up the good work mate 👍

The recommended daily requirement of water is around 2 litres a day. However, it generally is dependant on how active you are, and size wtc. The more active you are , you'd typically require more water.
