He probably just has a good poker face. Whether or not Deviljho knows what's going on, no one else can tell if he knows what's going on, and at this point they're too scared to say anything.

I have my text notification as a starcraft voiceline, and my ringtone as a star trek trailer music. If I hear either I immediately look at my phone. Luckily I don't play starcraft much anymore! lol

funny how we've started referring to any monster that can show up in all locales as an invader, regardless of whether or not it actually does any invading.

@@OD_987 Theres a part of Iceborne where she's able to replace a random non-target monster on any hunt, therefore she pretty much becomes an invader for that part of the story.

Another thing I find funny is that Anjanath in Rise Sunbreak is so close to being an invader himself, He can go to every map EXCEPT Frost Islands. Shrine Ruins, Flooded Forest, Sandy Plains, Lava Caverns, Jungle, The Citadel. Kinda makes me feel that Fulgur was referenced in Rise just for how many Locales Anjanath can be in.

I think this probably exists as a nightmare in a hunter's mind who wasn't entirely aware their quests could have a rather larger problem than just the target.

@neo676 I know, I just mean, like, why does it invade? It's very clearly a winter type creature, but nomadic doesn't really make sense for it. Deviljho and Bazelguese both are constantly looking for food, the latter being a scavenger, but Banbaro? What's their reason?
@@ethanhostetler4007 I mean banbaro has the ability to release heat from its fur when it get too hot. Maybe that’s why it’s everywhere?
@neo676 It also has a habit of building things and such, something I don't think it would be doing if it was just gonna leave. As for the heat thing, I'll have to look into that, but it usually lives in a winter biome, so I don't think cooling would be problematic.
This would be a fun legit poker game too, they roar corresponding to them if they win anything
@@gideonquartz5527 Velkhana can *Freeze* one player every three turns. Anjanath can *Burn* a random card from any player’s hand. Banbaro can *Flip The Table,* shuffling all players’ cards together

I feel like Yian Garuga should also be here, or at least scarred since it pioneered invaders in a way. It didn't quite work the way they do now, that was only added in third gen, but prior to that Yian Garuga was unique in that it at random appeared as an urgent even at a rank where you're not supposed to face it yet.
Can't wait to play this peak game

It´s really telling of what type of person I am when most of my favorite MH monsters are invaders... Except Ebony and Fulgur.
Ebony is too edgy and was on every dang map when I played MHW.IB and also I feel like Fulgur should have stayed in the reach. Made more biological sense.

To this day I dont understand why Banbaro, ebony and fulgur are invaders
@magnabueno5360 I agree, ebony I guess can make some sense but the other two seem so especially designed for the Hoarfrost. But then you see them in the humid ancient forest and the scorching Wildspire. Banbaro can apparently raise the shell plates and fur to allow heat to escape, but that more so tells us that the hoarfrost can be somewhat warm in different seasons that we don’t see in game, not that those monsters can withstand vastly different temperatures from their typical biomes
@@TragikDino What I really don’t understand is why Seregios is here because every other monster here can be in every region of their games, while Seregios is just grounded to either forests and deserts.
Are we just doing monsters who just invade in general? Because if so, then maybe add Yian Garuga to the party as well.
@ Seregios in their first game were a flock of them driven out by a frenzied seregios. So by that logic any biome they go to isn’t their home range and so they’re “invading” it, so I guess that’s the logic. But by that logic the Legianna that are migrating to the Hoarfrost would also be “invaders” in that biome. As far as I can tell invader is more so a player and or purely game mechanic that has little lore reasoning
