Guys fantastic job on the miniatures and keeping the video interesting!!! Kudos!!!
Excellent report, thanks for sharing.
Incredible miniatures, table and game. I really enjoyed the video. Great stuff guys!
Thanks!
Just found the channel and I have to say great vids. Keep up the good work, I look forward to many more vids to come!
Thanks! June was a rough month with the Flu running through the family but we are getting back into the swing of things. FOW, 40K and more should be coming over the next month or two.
I like! Keep it up!
wow what a game board.
Jacob D brought his new terrain over for this battle. It's sure beautiful
guys what a great game, quick brutal and bloody. Those buildings look great!!
thanks!
Great 👍
Great game, superb scenery and beautiful models. Fast paced but exciting battrep. Awesome, nothing to complain about. 👍🏼
Thanks for the checking us out and the kind words, glad you enjoyed it!
Well played. It's nice to see you both know the rules. It was the dice that really decided the battle, despite good generalship from both of you. Fortunes of war!
Thanks for the kind words. We did miss a few rules but nothing that would have impacted the results.
The platoon of Panzer III killed by the Grants and Hurricanes reminded me of one of the last V3 games I played. 16 various Panzer III's J, M and N against 9 Grants on a hill. Had to charge across open ground and it was very much a valley of death situation. Great models always impressed by that. Under V4 list building is like Team Yankee right?
Late to answer, but yes. TY v.2 is going to be made to be exactly like FoW v.4
Really nice board and minis, very jealous! Great BR as always. The smokescreen play was a plan. It is surprising how frail Brit platoons can be. DaK AT rifles are not to be messed with it seems!
I was surprised as well!
Nice batrep. Thanks for posting. Awesome looking terrain. Haven't played 4th edition yet. The formation running without a check is a bit scary. We play late war 3rd edition and we are just starting early war in the desert 3rd edition. Still working on terrain. Hope ours looks as good as yours.
thanks for checking us out. While I am a huge fan of V3 I'm really loving V4.
Nicely painted tanks do you have any tips for building and painting models
Thanks! I've thought about Flames of War painting tutorials but decided against it for now. Producing painting tutorials takes a lot more time then I've currently got :)
after a failed blitz move you can only move at tactical speed. also in assualts you can only hit teams your in contact with there's no longer a 2" hit range.
table looks great, love those buildings.
thanks for checking us!. Good Catch on the Blitz. May not have been obvious on the camera but the tanks assaulting the Paks were in base contact.
All Miniatures Great and Small no worries, it was the assualt on the honey's at the start. the two Infantry base's were only in contact with the bailed tank so could of only hit that one I believe.. good stuff thou
1:31 is it just me or is that a MK.1 on the far left? Also he just didn’t mention it?(unless he did and I didn’t catch it)
It's an Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade tank! So technically it's a Mark VIII with a turret slapped on.
Who's manufacture of there MDF houses? Cant catch it by ear :(

hi, enjoyed the video. I trying to learn the game and the question I have is ... how can your Grant platoon attack infantry with no real line of sight? infantry is 2 buildings away
Thanks! Not sure what part of the battle you are talking about. Towards the end the Grants could see, and be shot at, by german infantry on the rooftops. It may not have been obvious from the camera angle but they did have line of sight.
That was a great battle report....it would have been better if the Germans won! It was a nail biter though and I loved how you explained everything.
Any chance you could post the link to website of where you got those beautiful buildings from ?? 10 times better than BF wow
Sorry for the delay. Getting back into the swing of things after the holiday. Jacob tells me they are from Crescent Root. crescent-root.com/ If you order tell 'em AMGAS sent ya :)
Insane rolls on the British side, early game.
Great bat-rep, thanks for the video!
Is that a legal deployment for your 25 pounders? I thought they all had to be wholly within 6" of a unit leader. Can you clarify?
20:45 25 pounder guns have a cross check of 6. You rolled at 5 :)
yep, definitely didn't deploy them legally...same with Cross check!! However, he was also allowing his Grants to get hit on 3+ base instead of 4+ (although attempting Movement Orders with Honeys on a 4+ instead of 5+ for Tally Ho). Nice BR though and terrain excellent.
True, my V3 bias is showing again. Thanks for the Catch
At 12:24 in the video is my wallpaper
That's awesome! thanks Noah
I think the 17-25 pounders would be better that just the 25 pounders, because the at is higher and could be used instead of both the 25 pounders and 6 pounders. The germans have the odds in their favor with the so called "tanks" that the british have.
For one of your objectives why is there a world war 1 tank?
It's a model of the tank from Indiana Jones and the last Crusade. Jacob's objectives were all Indiana Jones themed. The other one was the Ark of the Covenant.
Ha, while binge watching your batreps recently I got to thinking my DAK objective markers (if I had an army) would have to be the Ark. I didn't make the Last Crusade connection to the landship though, so Jacob put more thought into it than I did.
My favourite video of yours so far, the terrain is amazing.
The British player needs to go buy a lottery ticket 😂 or at least play some craps. nice video
Thanks! Maybe I will
All Miniatures Great and Small Thanks for all the great flames of war and other content you guys produce. I appreciate a good battle report but I truly enjoy your turn summary and dice rolling style! Keep it up.
100 points is too much shit
What point level would you recommend?
50
But then I like when you have to make tough choices in your force.....
1000 for early/late
that kinda sucked as the Germans never got to field his entire force....so it was lopsided. Not sure I like those type of rules where you pick a force but don't get to use it...makes no sense.
