I learned the cornstarch method is an easier way for highlights and low lights. I definitely will use this method because I sometimes feel that I’m not fast enough . I’m going to try the highlighted cap next time because, I be scared that I’m going to mess up the highlights sometimes ; The cosmo school I went to didn’t really teach us ( black) girls how to highlight or use any type of lightener that much because our hair is “fragile” and most our clients won’t get that. I love your channel ❤️❤️ you teach me new things every time and I appreciate it because it makes me more confident and knowledgeable. You 🙅🏾‍♀️never gate-keep anything w/ us! #2 It's OKAY to use Drug store box for coloring I was always advised to STAY away from using box color. This unit turned out beautiful.
#3 If your a beginner and don't work very fast, using a cap to highlight and color is perfectly safe and easy to use.
