    I am pleased to inform you that I have recently become the proud owner of an OLA electric vehicle. I made the purchase on May 13th of this year. I find the bike very easy and smooth to ride.

    😂😂DON'T EVER BUY OLA PLEASE..... APPOINTMENT TAKEN FOR TODAY, SERVICE CENTRE REFUSED TO GIVE SERVICE, THEY ASK ME TO COME ON TUESDAY, TUESDAY IS MY WORKING DAY AND SUNDAY IS HOLIDAY..THIS IS THIRD TIME NOW....' BUY ELEPHANT THAN PATHETIC OLA"

    Very worst product, irresponsible customer care service three breakdown and availed RSA service not getting any update my scooter just 2.5 months ago bought scooter but 2 months kept in ola garage due to product issue. Nobody is replying to my mail too.

    Don't buy an OLA scooter because they hide some features and do not inform customers about potential issues. When battery problems occur, they require a replacement that costs over ₹60,000. This happened to me, and despite calling customer care daily, I keep getting the same response: my issue has been escalated to the higher technical team, but I still haven't received any call from them.

    OLA Electric service not getting, Experience centre reply tomuch vehicle pending So new complaint receive after one week only. Disc break sound issue

    I buy ola scooty 5 days old but now tbhi 2 din ghr Rahi baki or din service centre par khdi hui h koi sunvai nhi krta 4 din mai new Scotty kharab ho jana iska matlab kya hai chaina product ya usse bhi bekar to apse yahi request hai meri scooty ko jldi se jldi sahi kravaye bhot maharvani hogi aapki
