Thanks Amy this is doing auto body and paint the old school way with no short cuts, a rare thing to see done on cars these days due to the cost that's involved to achieve this type of finish. At car shows this finish wins hands down all day long last time I did this car it was state winner two years in a row and six years of runner up for custom finish. A cool talent ha!
@@rolandkeith5322 Ya man ..terribly sorry to hear of the accident. There's no excuse for rear ending someone unless it was a medical issue but I'm guessing it was more like distracted driving from looking at their phone or gps.
@@TRyanLearnBikes Absent minded female driver who some how thought I had moved off from making a lefthand turn however I was stationary could not move because of a lot of traffic traveling on the main road I was waiting to turn onto. I have two witnesses that both said I was stationary with my brake lights clearly illuminated. The bike got pushed onto the oncoming traffic and blocked the road as it ended up in the middle of the lane but the side stand court my leg as the bike got pushed forward.
@@rolandkeith5322 Jeezuz H , man .These days with so many cameras around there must also be some rcording of the incident ,espesially at an intersection . Makes a case for a permanantly mounted dash cam type set up on a bike . Hmmm...I've been toying with the idea for a while but now ,because of your recent experience its moved up on the list of priorities . Wishing you a speedy recovery ahead and hopefully the bike is fixable to a reasonable standard . Cheers buddy
Thank you very much it's going to take a weeeee bit longer to finish off than expected after this weekend as I got rear ended on my bike and my leg copped it a bit but eh! you get that.... oh by the way I subbed your channel as well.
Hello, I’m your 11th Thumbs up. My husband is healing from Skin Cancer and can’t get sweaty. He’s antsy to get out and work on the car. Great job. Enjoy your week.😊😊😊Sharon in SC
Hi Sharon Wishers for a quick recovery for him Skin Cancer is a very common thing here in this country with our sun and detecting it as soon as one can is the best thing one can do with it. I hope he ends up with no more creping in. Thanks for the comment on this car though it's getting there time allowing.
Hi Rollie, you’re Very Welcome. I just did a short coloring video channel shout out for you. I hope your numbers go up from sharing you out. My husband has recovered nicely. He goes back in December for some more things to be done. We’re keeping an eye out for other things. He found something on his other ear that we’re watching. I look forward to more of your car projects videos. 😊😊😊
Thanks for stopping by finishing it off is going to take just a weee bit longer than I planed after this weekend I got rear ended on the M109-R and it did my leg in a bit so that sucks but that's life at times ha!
Thanks buddy truly the cam does not do it justice and when cars are done up like this and driving along on the road it becomes very hard to work out just what colour it is because it reflect every thing around it and it becomes a car that's cryptic coloration.
Ya, ya ya! Stand on your head and whistle Dixie! Or touch your tongue to your elbow! Then I will be impressed! 😂 nice job sir. I should be at 88 miles per hour by the time I hit California and I should show up on your driveway in Oct of 1999 and have my truck look brand new, as if it was new off the lot. It's orange, so not sure you will get the reflection you get on black.
Yes one can get a high reflection off of any colour it's a process though to achieve it as it is not just a matter of a clear coat on top a reflection all starts at the bottom. thanks man
Now you're showing off. They are cool and shiny. 😊😊👋👋❤❤
Thanks I try lol I do it all the old school way man no short cuts.
After all this time, you brought it back to life in no time. Amazing paint work, Roland.

Brilliant reveal of the perfect paint ...walking up to the camera and grabbing it as the ball'n tunes ramp in .
Nifty execution R.K.
It's getting there but it might take a bit longer to button it all up after this weekends deal. Thanks buddy
