Agree with the MFK aqua fragrance. I wanted to love it but that matcha and mint combination 🙅🏾♀️no ma'am. I like 724. You may have to stick to spraying on your clothes. I've been struggling to find the perfect fragrance for my skin as well. Haven't found the perfect one yet but its been fun figuring it out 😂❤

I really hate that, too. Lasting power is a huge component for me. Layering can be fun, but it can also be a hassle. I hope some of these brands come out with more potent formulas, because I would love to support & enjoy them 💕

Girl!!! I tried to like Valaya but I totally agree with you. I bought a whole bottle and tried it for a week. It did nothing for me. I couldn’t smell it, it didn’t last at all on me so I took it back to Nordstrom for a refund. 😢

I recently tried a few from Amouage for the first time and the only one that really got my attention was Sunshine Woman. Omg she is a beautiful almond scent. The rest were a challenge for me as well. SOTD is Yara Tous. Great video Keiko!!!

My spirit didn’t sit right with Blanche Bête especially with that “MYSTIKAL” note. I didn’t research the brand but my stomach always knotted up whenever I went to put it on. It smells really nice but I’m going to not mess with something God is obviously trying to protect me from. I would suggest you take you advice about it too sis and not repurchase. ❤ I’m glad I only had a sample size.

I am with you in the Valaya -I just don’t get it . I bought Kayali’s Vanilla 28 as a blind buy when it was highly hyped. I think I am the only person in the U.S. who doesn’t like this fragrance. 😳 I like vanilla - but I don't get this one. I never tried another Kayali fragrance after that. 🙋♀️ I agree with you on the Jo Malone fragrances as well. They have no projection or longevity. You have to have some longevity to get my coin. 💰💰💰 I purchased a decant of Creed’s Aventus for her and it was too strong and abnoxious for my nose. 🐽

I tried to like the MFK aqua fragrance. I couldn't take the matcha and mint combination. 724 on the other habd smells clean to me. I also have been trying to find the perfect skin fragrance. I've been liking things more on my clothes these days. Its been fun figuring it out though ❤😂

One brand I just do not jive with is Chanel. There's this characteristic strong pungent powdery tone to all their fragrances that I've tried. Whatever that ingredient or accord is, I don't enjoy it.
I totally understand babe!! They are pungent and strong for sure!! The Chanel DNA is very strong and pungent-- that's a great way to describe it actually lol. I have a handful of Chanel events, but they are not my favorites lol.

@@KeikoBeauty You know how Bond no 9 tribeca smells straight out the atomizer? To me it’s very 540-ish but (on me) it’s starts to settle into the sweetness within 5 minutes. Again, on me, 540 stays bitter and it’s too strong to be that bitter. I have yet to try the extrait version. Maybe that will be a different story 🤷🏽♀️ And yes! Definitely try white suede. It’s a classy “I have someone on hand to peel my grapes” kind of scent. Great projection!

Valaya is THAT girl imo. I bought the bottle and I'm on the hunt for a reasonable back up. Crazy not smelling that one--- I smell it for DAYS on clothes. If I smell the bottle I can still smell it in my nose for awhile after I walk away, lol.

Im in love with tom ford orchid soleil, its discontinued, i found it on ebay for a great price and bought it for my wedding, to me it smells like nothing else , its beautiful and lasts all day, i havent found any in the rectangle bottles i like though

Yes, please revisit Yum Pistachio Gelato. The longer it sits, the darker my juice gets (I have the mini and full size) and people love it on me. Now Blanche Bete…that’s one that made my stomach turn.

Buying fragrances because of the brand name or just because it’s popular and everyone else is doing it doesn’t cultivate individuality and personal preference. Totally with you on expensive niche brands that are hyped but don’t last perform or give you your money’s worth. People let’s experience for ourselves, think for ourselves and stopped being influenced.

I also agree about Kayali . I have almost every fragrance and the performance is terrible. Have to carry the perfume with you and you have to re-spray it several times a day. I will not buy any more of her perfume because they do not last.

Byredo is now you see me now you don’t. Mohave ghost smells so good but I have to use like a body splash and keep reapplying. But once it’s done never going back.
Peony and blush suede was immediately gifted because it doesn’t smell well on me at all. The body wash and the lotion was even worse. The same for mimosas and something. But the tonka and the velvet rose and Oud chefs 💋

I’m testing Valaya now.. I like the peach, but I dont think its full bottle for me. My favorite from Byredo is Biblioteque. It is a skin scent so I wear it to bed, but something about it just lifts my mood and makes me feel good. Definitely a repurchase. I don’t think I’ve tried any Creed for women.. but I love Original Santal for myself.. interested in Yum Pistachio as well but I’m with you on most of the other fragrances. I also have three bond number nine and if they don’t last ! I even called main office in New York to let him know that I sent $500 on a gift at their perfumes and they had terrible lasting power and they absolutely did not care so they won’t get any more of my money

I've been struggling to find the perfect fragrance for my skin as well. Haven't found the perfect one yet but its been fun figuring it out 😂❤

I really hate that, too. Lasting power is a huge component for me. Layering can be fun, but it can also be a hassle. I hope some of these brands come out with more potent formulas, because I would love to support & enjoy them 💕

Girl!!! I tried to like Valaya but I totally agree with you. I bought a whole bottle and tried it for a week. It did nothing for me. I couldn’t smell it, it didn’t last at all on me so I took it back to Nordstrom for a refund. 😢

I recently tried a few from Amouage for the first time and the only one that really got my attention was Sunshine Woman. Omg she is a beautiful almond scent. The rest were a challenge for me as well. SOTD is Yara Tous. Great video Keiko!!!

It made me feel nauseous. I didn't like Dome Rosa and Valaya as well. I was underwhelmed by them. Too bad for Greenwich Village and Good Girl Blush. I like them a lot. It smells really nice but I’m going to not mess with something God is obviously trying to protect me from. I would suggest you take you advice about it too sis and not repurchase. ❤ I’m glad I only had a sample size.

One brand I just do not jive with is Chanel. There's this characteristic strong pungent powdery tone to all their fragrances that I've tried. Whatever that ingredient or accord is, I don't enjoy it.
I totally understand babe!! They are pungent and strong for sure!! The Chanel DNA is very strong and pungent-- that's a great way to describe it actually lol. I have a handful of Chanel events, but they are not my favorites lol.

I clutched my pearls when you said Tom Ford 😆. It just works for me. It must be a body chemistry thing because his fragrances are typically long lasting on me. Try TF white suede. I swear by it.

@@KeikoBeauty You know how Bond no 9 tribeca smells straight out the atomizer? To me it’s very 540-ish but (on me) it’s starts to settle into the sweetness within 5 minutes. Again, on me, 540 stays bitter and it’s too strong to be that bitter. I have yet to try the extrait version. Maybe that will be a different story 🤷🏽♀️
And yes! Definitely try white suede. It’s a classy “I have someone on hand to peel my grapes” kind of scent. Great projection!

Im in love with tom ford orchid soleil, its discontinued, i found it on ebay for a great price and bought it for my wedding, to me it smells like nothing else , its beautiful and lasts all day, i havent found any in the rectangle bottles i like though

Yes, please revisit Yum Pistachio Gelato. The longer it sits, the darker my juice gets (I have the mini and full size) and people love it on me. Now Blanche Bete…that’s one that made my stomach turn.

Buying fragrances because of the brand name or just because it’s popular and everyone else is doing it doesn’t cultivate individuality and personal preference. Totally with you on expensive niche brands that are hyped but don’t last perform or give you your money’s worth. People let’s experience for ourselves, think for ourselves and stopped being influenced.

I also agree about Kayali . I have almost every fragrance and the performance is terrible. Have to carry the perfume with you and you have to re-spray it several times a day. I will not buy any more of her perfume because they do not last.
Kayalis just don't hit like they should. BUT I am hearing if you let them sit and macerate AND layer them, they're really good!! But idk if I care to do that much lol.
SOTD is Gentle Fluidity Gold because it was cool in MN. I love Byredo Gypsy Water and Sundazed. They last okay enough on me.

It's just not you with Creed! I just can't get with it! The Aqua Fiorentina is just ok, not worth the price to me. To me the new Aqua Media smells exactly like Elizabeth Arden Green Tea perfume. I used to wear it in high school.

Peony and blush suede was immediately gifted because it doesn’t smell well on me at all. The body wash and the lotion was even worse. The same for mimosas and something. But the tonka and the velvet rose and Oud chefs 💋

I’m testing Valaya now.. I like the peach, but I dont think its full bottle for me. My favorite from Byredo is Biblioteque. It is a skin scent so I wear it to bed, but something about it just lifts my mood and makes me feel good. Definitely a repurchase. I don’t think I’ve tried any Creed for women.. but I love Original Santal for myself.. interested in Yum Pistachio as well but I’m with you on most of the other fragrances. Thought it was just me lol ❤️

I can totally relate to having the body chemistry of a man. Anything floral on me smells like gross funeral parlor flowers. I smell great with unisex or even male scents.

I also have three bond number nine and if they don’t last ! I even called main office in New York to let him know that I sent $500 on a gift at their perfumes and they had terrible lasting power and they absolutely did not care so they won’t get any more of my money
