You won't believe how much wall color impacts how bright a room feels. With dark walls, no matter how much light you put in a room, it will feel much darker than having white walls with much less light. Dark walls not only absorb light but since they take up most of the visible space around you, everything just seems darker.
I would agree... 15 years ago, but with the led advancements and abundance and cost one can get lots of light regardless of what the environment of the shop or room is, the old way was to paint everything white... Couple years go by and it's all either yellowed or just dirty, I like the darker color in a work shop
You should try the optional light diffusers. A little pricy but they make the lights much more even.
Definitely looking at them! Cheers!

The blue walls look nice on video. However, you really notice how much light they soak up! Cheers!

how big is your space?
and ceiling height
The floor space is a little less than 24 foot x 30 foot. With a 10 foot ceiling height. Just the right amount of light. Cheers!
