stands for High Density High Moisture Resistance. used to develop tough and robust wooden usage. Explaining the definition, HDHMR board is made by combining fiber chips, forest wood waste through a homogeneously construction process
What is the disadvantage of HDHMR board?
HDHMR ply is heavier than any other construction material. This is why it might be difficult to cut and shape, especially if you are doing it on your own. After long-term use, some HDHMR boards might bend and lose shape. This can also happen if you store the HDHMR boards under poor conditions for a long time

HDHMR മെറ്റീരിയൽ നമ്മൾ തന്നെ വാങ്ങി നല്ല ഒരു പണിക്കാരനെ കണ്ടുപിടിച്ചു ചെയ്യുന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും നല്ലത്.. എന്റെ വീട്ടിലെ വാൾ പാർട്ടീഷൻ കോൺട്രാക്ട് കൊടുത്തു ചെയ്യിപ്പിച്ചു ചെറിയ നഷ്ടം വന്നു. പിനീട് മൂന്ന് റൂമിലേക്ക് HDHMR മെറ്റീരിയൽ ഞാൻ തന്നെ എടുത്തു പണിയിപ്പിച്ചു. 8ft×6ft wardrobe 3 എണ്ണം + study table + labour 80K ആയുള്ളൂ, ബാക്കിവന്ന മെറ്റീരിയൽ കൊണ്ട് ഡെക്കറേറ്റീവ് സ്റ്റാൻഡ് ചെയ്തു തന്നു.

The video was useful. I am planning to do boxes with marine plywood and shutters with hdhmmr in my flat . As per your video I understood that shutters in kitchen lower cupboards ,wash units and toilets won’t be a good idea with hdhmmr . Which kind of shutter will be best in kitchen if I am doing boxes in marine plywood . I am waiting for your reply.

Ente flat kitchen renovation cheyan hdhmr with membrane finish anu qoutation eduthat. Except Sink area. Comparing to 710BWP plywood, rate kooduthal anu. They demand 10year replacement warranty. What you suggest

Action
Use it inside wooden frame with teak or mahogany wood. Apply pu polish to wood and pu paint to hdhmr board. Little bit expensive and tricky to work, but good for wardrobe and even kitchen cabinets. Very beautiful. No screw holding problem since the screw connect with wood.
