It was supposed to make billions upon billions as an industry, and the investors were chasing millions of their own. Instead, thousands of Canadians were left holding empty bags, having lost jobs, savings and opportunities to the promise of fast money and an industry that could never have possibly matched the hype.
How did (almost) everyone get the weed industry so wrong? And what happened to those Canadians who bought into the hype?

I'm from America and honestly I think if you give it a decade or so the industry will grow EVERY industry goes through phases obviously right now the industry is not good right now, but give it time and things will get better. This is coming from an American where our cannabis industry is still a Grey area.

The Federal government Trudeau took 99% of the THC out of the cannabis, seeds included then legalized in Canada. Then changed the law of no imported cannabis seed to Canada. For decades before legalization in Canada you could import cannabis seeds as suveniers. Me being a long back BC toker can easily notice the missing THC as there no STICKINESS or very small faint smell.
