    Warmup:
    2x10
    Air Squat
    Strict Press (pvc)
    2x10
    Medicine Ball Clean (proper form)
    Med Ball Push Press
    3x5
    Barbell Only
    Clean
    3x5
    Barbell Only
    Thruster
    At this point perform the full movement at your preferred load that is completely for you. Remember the movement starts either off the floor (loaded ) or mid shin (barbell only) full clean. Make sure the hips are fully extended BEFORE the arms go into the press. On descending make sure the arms are returned back to the rack position BEFORE the hips bend into next squat clean.
    If you want the best couplet for this movement challenge your work capacity, try:
    Amrap 3
    squat clean thrusters(heavy) -3
    Burpee box jumps (high box) -6
    7 or over is the target! 🎯 💪🏽

    You’re not really using your legs in your demo all upper body
