How to select 1st , 2nd phase and intensifier pressure
In the 1st phase, the material gets at the gate with slow velocity. In 2nd Phase Velocity is depend upon gate are and gate velocity.3rd Phase is Intensification Pressure.
How to calculate casting pressures and intensified pressure
Casting Pressure applied on casting by plunger .Intensification pressure applied on machine cylinder for maintained casting presser on plunger tip.Plunger tip connected with machine cylinder.We can calculate intensification pressure by determine the area of machine cylinder and hydraulic presser applied in 3rd Phase.For getting casting pressure 1st we need to calculate intensification pressure on machine cylinder and area of plunger tip ,after that we easily know how much pressure transfer from machine cylinder to plunger tip.Same Pressure at plunger tip is called casting pressure .In simple word intensification pressure on plunger tip is casting pressure .
How to calculate mm/c tonnes through shot weight
According to Filling Ratio it Should be 35% to 45% .
Sir similarly for slide core area 1 & 2 how the values of 5000 & 4500 have taken for calculation sir
5000 & 4500 is the Projected area selected in the plane that is normal to be the direction of core travel.
But For getting affected projected area which applied for die opening is Projected area must be selected in the plane that is normal to be the direction of core travel x tanø, Ф= Angel of wedge lock.

Biscuit is included in the projected area. (When I say a runner, Biscuit is included)

Sir for biscuit area we need to find spreader diameter, but with help of fill ratio calculation only we can find the actual plunger diameter.
Then without knowing the plunger diameter how biscuit area is calculated for total projected area??? Pls clarify it sir

Specific injection pressure is applied by the plunger to push molten metal into the cavity. In HPDC molten metal filled into a cavity thru 3phase.
In the 3rd phase, injection pressure applied.

injection pressure and intensification pressure both different type pressure
