I don't like it when food is wasted. That's the way I am . All the ingredients you put in the soup looked good. Might be it needed more salt, some oregano. When a meal tastes bland adding salt usually helps. Anyway I would not have thrown away fresh soup. I would have kept it in the refrigerator for times when I am truly hungry. It would taste delicious then. 🥣
No, it had no saving it. Also I am a big foodie so I want to be able to enjoy my food. I know I wasnt going to eat it at some point so I didnt see the need in saving it ☺️
Sophie, the tightly pulled back hairstyle looks so nice. Maybe you can try for flight once. Also my eyes went straight to the Quality Street box…lol. Was in Doha a few weeks ago and got one too 🤣😂

So sorry your sister will not be able to visit you in march. Sometimes God has other better and brighter plans and she will visit you soonest! Such a shame about not getting your sister over for a holiday next month but at least you have seen your family on private time when you have flown into Manchester.

It really is like stepping up to my bar from that point of view 😂 The soup was nothing like I imagined it to be when I took the lid of, so wish I had captured it. I will see my family soon so all is good, was just a little hard to come to terms she wasnt coming over after planning it for so long ☺️
I feel for you. 2 years of border restrictions in Australia were so hard, missing the family back in Canada.

Great episode! I'm just wondering, what is the quickest way to get from Dubai to the Ras Al Khaimah (and vice versa)? Also I'm coming to Dubai in May, what are the best things to do in Dubai? I know that you see Dubai as a home, and not as holiday, but I am just wondering what to do whilst I am there. I am really proud of how honest you be in your vlogs - best youtuber!!

I hope you have a lovely holiday, definitely do the tourist spots and try do a safari day (they are my fave). Go visit the old souqs, water taxis spice market, everything down that way is like walking into the real Dubai ☺️

My suggestion is that your sister comes in a week and then you could see if she could follow you on a layover when she visit you
She wouldnt be able to and 1 flight is back to the UK which doesn't really make it all worth it 😞
As always your videos are so natural and honest. What a huge disappointment for you not being able to get the time off to spend with your sister. Surely someone could have maybe swapped with you as time with family when your so far from home means such a lot. Keep smiling...stay safe.
They properly would of but with the airline I work for you can only swap duty for duty, not duty for time off 😞

Why do you care so much what people say about what you eat? Just enjoy yourself and your food because they are going to always talk anyway. I talk about you and food in the same sentence because I'm in awe of how you still look good, not saying what you are eating is wrong/bad. Couldn't you save that soup somehow, add something for the colour or for the taste?

I wanted to do a live but I get so scared insane something happens or goes wrong ☺️ The only reason I mention it is because on videos I don't I get some horrible comments, its kind of a reaction now to saying it before they do 😂 Food is my fave and I don't think it will ever change ☺️ Ohh the soup was a no go! it tasted vile, an going back to what I said food is my happiness so when I eat something I want it to be goooooood 😂

Being totally honest been feeling pretty bad had flu for a while colds headaches coughs and the usual not cool stuff.
At the moment and for a long time I have been struggling mentally from something that happened to me long ago 2016 being having a blood clot and stroke which affected my brain so my mood swings and emotions are pretty extreme so am trying to see a doctor which over in Manchester proves difficult
Just keeping it real round here

Hi Sophie.. Am not sure if I have asked this to you before... But I'll ask it again, I have been hearing you saying you facetime with your mom or a friend, is it allowed in Dubai? I thought I heard its not allowed - Skype, Zoom, or any other video thing? Sorry... I am asking because I applied in Emirates and I am wondering how to call my family here in the Philippines if it is true that video isn't allowed... Thanks in advance for answering
They are all banned but you can download a vpn and it works ☺️ it does have its time when it doesn’t but 90% of the time it works ☺️
