I’m a retired FA and everything you said is spot on. Even though I’m retired and live in South Florida I still take pride in my appearance and dress even if it is super casual and geared toward the tropical climate: I love your videos and get so much from your tips. Super helpful even for people who aren't in your industry! I have a zoom job where I'm on camera almost the whole day and I'm taking on a lot more responsibility this year. Gotta look the the part! You look natural and lovely, Vera. However, I do question and wonder why far too many other FA's literally use fake nails that look like awful claws, so much makeup, false eyelashes etc. that they look painted and artificial. You are a breath of beautiful fresh air, and prove such things are not only unnecessary, but that artificial really isn't attractive. Interestingly, I dated an airline pilot who in the beginning, was always questioning if this and that about me was real. Mind you I used very little makeup, no false anything. This told me a lot about what he was used to. Women need to understand, most men do not like fake and overdone anything. He sure didn't! Great video, Vera. Happy New Year to you and yours 🎉
