      Hi no I have not. I'm too tired lol.. I want to soon. The life of a flight attendant manager is overwhelming, especially now lol. I
      do want to use them soon instead of commuting back home across country. I think I'll go to Hawaii.. and ask some one to go with me with our companion pass. The only benefits I'm active with now are medical lol. Have you or any one you know been using there's? I don't really see many people doing much at my airline.

    37 years ago training was abusive! I'm not kidding. In fact one girl was sent home for not saying good morning to a trainer she did not even see. He was opposite side of the mock up. The airline you where training with was unorganized. This is also a way to dismiss people. There are many other carriers that would appreciate you.

    Apply with Allegiant :) anybody who wants to be a flight attendant, and we are home everynight, we stay overnight only for maintenance or weather. For training we get a packet to study but we get tested 3rd day. I'm so glad I got on with Allegiant. Don't gotta worry about a crashpad nothing. We still get all the same travel benifits.
    Gotta keep a 90 in training but , if you go with that 90 in mind and focus and study you will succeed. The prep for training is not a big deal though a simple drug test and physical and yes just study your packet. ..
    Yes Reserve does suck though lol, never know when they will call but at least with Allegiant we are home. So alot of us actually bid reserve cause we are home anyway, but it at times is still nerve racking. But good luck to everyone who does apply at whatever airline
    Because when you do finally graduate, your so proud of yourself because you have really earned those wings :)

    So sorry that happened. However, you need to realize there are reasons to prove why you can become a flight attendant. Drug tests, physical checks, steps and all, those are important and part of the flight attendant training. You will need strength and a good mindset and If you don’t pass those, that results in being sent home. And no offense, but work on sticking to the points and topic of what this video is about because it will as someone in the comments said, it dragged to being longer than it needs to be and confusing. No hate btw your story is helpful towards the new trainers or dreamers like us who want to learn. But in reality, if someone were to listen to this for 14 - 15 minutes and end up confused afterwards, that just makes them tired and you’d need to repeat it again. This is just a tip btw and I’m glad you were rehired, but this is very important as well.

    I was also sent home from my FA training literally one day before graduation! There was an older woman literally twice my age in the class harassing me due to my race which I had video evidence and multiple witnesses when the harassment would occur. I brought it up to the Director of Inflight and she passed it on to HR and told me they would open a case. Then when another incident happened where this woman was harassing me and I reported it they sent me home. I was devastated because 1. I only went for a job and not for drama and 2. I tried so hard to ignore the harassment but there’s only so much a person can take. Now I’m unemployed and it sucks bc I was away from home so long and all for nothing… I feel you girl 😔

      @cassandra2685 2 года назад

      It depends on the airline
      Most US carriers don’t have an age limit for flight attendants
      Pilots are required to retire at 65
      Flight attendants usually stay till 70-80 it’s your choice when to retire unless you’re not able to perform work duties
