been practicing the tapping part for two days straight.
It's so fast! And not only the speed, but having every note sound clean is so hard as soon as you move to the "B" String for me.
Any tips how you mute the unwanted strings at that speed?

Always keep a finger(usually your pointer finger which is basically always the 'furthest back finger') touching the string below it slightly to mute it. That fixes most of any incidental string noise. As for the rest of the strings, you really just need to ensure you're playing the part with enough power that it'll be the dominant noise for the pickups to pickup. This isn't to say to 'play it super hard', but it needs to ring loud and clear enough to where a little bit of sympathetic ringing or whatever elsewhere gets drown out. Alternatively, the 'cheat'(and there's no shame in doing this cuz it's effective) is to use a scrunchie or fret wrap that you put up at the nut of the guitar to provide a very subtle muting when it's not possible to mute with your left or right hand.
